I have 12 months of e-mails together with their acknowledgement - but no actual replies to the queries raised. I sent an email to cancel that they can't find despite the fact I have their email acknowledging receipt. I have been months not being able to monitor our usage due to the facility being withdrawn which was the main reason for cancelling. They insist I must return the equipment as per contract but I worry they will deny receiving it afterwards |

Absolutely execrable service. Never took any payment, never returned calls, never answered e-mails, never recorded payments that I made manually and then tried to tell me that I was in arrears. I spend hours listening to their interminable drivel whilst on hold. I can honestly say that this is without the worst customer service that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter in all my life. |
