Their pricing policy is outrageous. Silver package price for long serving existing customers £44.99 per month for NEW customers 24.99 per month!!!

If I could give 0, I would. Unbelievably bad. They cancelled my service with zero notice and then tripled the price to 'restore' it. Delivered satellites that are still sitting in the box months later. You call and no one answers the phone (unless of course you call their sales number where they are delighted to take your call and your credit card). Everyone I initially worked with (despite having just arrived at the company) are now gone. It's a chaotic company with zero systems but they are great at taking your money (even if they aren't providing the service).
And best of luck if you ever decide to cancel. They honestly make Brexit look organized. Avoid. Do NOT call or buy from these people. My prophecy is that they won't even be in business in 12 months.

If you ever have to contact customer services, which is only open in office hours, book time off. Changes contract, continued to bill at older rate, finance knew nothing of the change. Useless

Avoid. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt even after reading the reviews, thinking that the complaints of slow service might be from people with unrealistic expectations of satellite broadband service. I signed up, paid a fortune for installation, and we have struggled for 5 months with download speeds slower than ADSL. Even with our ‘priority data’ downloading a file on my Audible account took around 20 minutes, and the latency is so bad it can take 3-4 tries to get a page to fully load. I tried tech support several times but they were worse than useless, unable to provide any help at all (after blowing smoke for several minutes each time) and twice left it all with me to run a speed check every few hours for a few days, and get back to them. I couldn’t believe it. In the end we have cancelled, have had to pay another fortune to get out of a contract for which we never received the service we were promised, and I’ve got to ship all their equipment back to them at my expense. Planning to get in touch with Which to find out my rights, but in the meantime, learn from my mistake and avoid this provider.

Utterly terrible - easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. An enormous amount of fake reviews on other platforms as well. They have rebranded three times since I have been with them and they failed to get in touch about this, despite there being no access to the any informationt o the disruption in the service. They didn't answer emails for months - no exaggeration. They don't answer the phone, they still don't answer emails and their website portal is terrible. Internet is fairly reliable, but the speeds are usually woefully slow. They have even now stopped their call queue and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I had two 1-hour long sessions of listening to the phone ring, one 45-minute, and a couple under 20 minutes - all of which were ignored. I guess they are either busy sorting out all the problems they have with all of the rest of their customers or just kicking back in the office playing cards. This is the last company I would ever recommend to anyone.

Big blu have refused to stop my internet multiply times have taken money out my account till I changed banks stole my granted system then demanded I proved it then hung up laugheddown the phone block my system and have tried to destroy my credit rating and then had threating letters and threats of court which I’ve demanded my day in court do not use this company or partner companies as the up bills stell money without permission and refuse to talk or help in any way the staff are CheckTheCar hang up ang put you on hold for hours never call back and blame their clients

TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH BIGBLU. DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.
They were quick enough to take my money, and although the equipment was delivered after two weeks I did not get a call for installation. After numerous calls which timed out after 30 minutes and emails, I was finally contacted a month after receiving the equipment. During the period of trying to get hold of a customer service agent I had done research into Bigblu and soon realised that my problems would have just continued. We all have busy lives and why should we pay for a company like them to abuse us. I asked the engineer to collect the equipment and arrange a refund. I did not hear another word from anyone. I continued to email them as I could not get anyone to pick up on the phone. Eventually I was emailed by a customer service agent and then an engineer. The engineer called to arrange a time to install the equipment!!! I explained what had gone on and he kindly came and collected the goods. This was 3 weeks ago and guess what, I cannot get my refund sorted. They are THIEVES. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME BY USING A RELIABLE COMPANY

Used to be ok but absolutely awful speed now. So slow the speed checker still had no results after 30 minutes.

Broadband service has worked well for the past two years but fibre has now come to my village in rural France so I want to cancel my contract given that its fixed-term has expired. So far I've been on hold waiting for an operator on their 01869 number for 15 minutes now - really not good enough.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We've had to pay nearly £700 to get it installed and it's never worked since its been installed. We've spent hours on the phone to Europasat to get them to reset it. We're so fed up, we've been trying to cancel our service for over two months and despite written notification, we are STILL being billed for a non-existent service. We'd have been better off (and with less damage to the exterior of our house) if we'd posted money down the drain.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We have had months and months of sheer hell. Service never worked, finally after months of chasing we got refunded. Now they wont release the confirmation that the government grant we used to enable us to get rural broadband, has been repaid. Without this we are held hostage to them as we cannot get broadband with anyone else. They are keeping this grant money illegally. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use them, I do not want anyone else to have to endure the stress we have had with this company.

Absolutely scandalous company! DO NOT USE this company. Failures on every level. Service did not work, de-installed within days due to them confirming the speed would never be sufficient to even read the newspaper online. Promised refunds, got partial one, other one is on its way blah blah blah, months of chasing, still nothing. Nightmare to contact at every stage, incredibly stressful company to deal with and told us so many lies. Truth is that this service is too far still in its infancy to provide the broadband speeds it promises, now since informed that many broadband companies will not enter this area of the market yet due to it being in its infancy and not currently fit for purpose. I would hate anyone else to have to experience what we have gone through.

Absolute rubbish in every respect. Bought a dish and signed up to a "pay as you go" service for our holiday home. The actual internet is painfully slow (like the old days of dial up) but what is more frustrating is the fact that you have to buy packages of data for 7 euros which last a few hours with very light use (few emails and social networking notifications). Then you have to log on using a phone network to reload (which defeats the purpose!) but they don't apply the top up until they feel like it, which can take up to 24 hours Monday to Friday or not at all at weekends or Bank Holidays. Sometimes the top up just never materialises but when you call them they claim you must have left a device on which has used up the data in the background (I am not that dim, nor is it possible for a device to do that in seconds!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SERVICE!

Terrible billing system, don't take payment for months and then all at once. Complained about this last year and was promised it was sorted. Received two invoices today to be paid 6th and 7th Feb. When we checked, no payments taken since November.

Totally crap network, completely over sold, awful people. I was a re seller and ALL my customers, good people were totally ****** off by this cowboy company. SES just the same. Why can't we have GOOD SAT internet in the UK???

Had it installed just over 8 weeks ago have only managed 2 skype a. udio call with it just done speedtest on Tariam recomended site and tonight download speed is 90kb/sec Tariam have been no help despite emails and phone calls to them .
