    Installed 2 weeks ago and has been faultless so far - speed exactly as promised, no dropouts yet and installed by friendly engineer in awful weather on the day they said.

    Following up on a previous review, I am now being billed £105 for a second engineer's visit which has still failed to resolve the problem. They want me to pay extra for a service they can't provide, in other words.

    Boundless is utterly hopeless. When our landline stopped working they sent a new router which did not solve the problem. Over a period of days they communicated with me getting me to try different ways of getting the system to work. It never did. With the new router in place I had NO means of communication and therefore was unable to receive any further direction from them. It was obvious that an engineer was needed but one was never sent. I have no option but to find another provider.
