PLus Ner recommended XLN when they were doing away with business lines. 3 months in and Daisy took over, what a dreadful dreadful company
If I had known that xln was moving to daist I would never have moved to them in the first place. Had dealings with them years ago I swore I would never use them again but here we are. They have no care or respect for customers, every month something else is added onto bill. Stay clear of them at all cost - I am tied in till March 2025 can't come quick enough to move to another company

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The worst internet and telephone provider i have ever experienced. My mother in law is with them and she is regularity without a working telephone or the internet whilst trying to run a business. Absolutely shocking, no one gets back to you the latest is she has had no internet or phone for 3 days. This happens on a weekly basis.

Daisy Communication? More like lack of communication. Requested a call back a few times. Instantly when you answer, the line goes dead!! Otherwise when on the phone with customer service, you might at well book a day off work to be on hold!! Shocking service

where to start!? This is the worst internet provider i have ever experienced. Slow and intermitent internet service to start with. When I tried to resolve this over the phone they first suggested it was the cables (Via BT) was at fault, then that it was something to do with my router - neither of which had changed for years and was simply wrong. The issue continued until i exited my contract as soon as possible. Since then i have been grappling over the phone and email with their Customer Disservice Department who at the latest contact claim i owe them over £100 for a service i had months before. And of course the 'invoice' attached gives no explanation as to how they arrived at the figure owed. Whatever you do AVOID Daisy like ht plague!

DO NOT DO IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!
This company are an absolute fraud!!
Can’t even get my broadband connected with them. My business is closed as a result. It’s been weeks since my proposed switchover date. I still have had no progress. They ask you to phone you spend litterarrly hours on hold to be hung up on or cut off!!!!
I honestly don’t know what I am going to do now……..
This company does not help businesses it destroys them. Please take heed of this warning and don’t go chasing a saving of a few quid a month IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I regret to say that my experience with Daisy Communication as our internet provider has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Despite the significant amount of money we pay for their direct internet line service, they have consistently failed to meet our expectations and have left us frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.
One of the major issues we have faced repeatedly is the inability to reach their customer support team. It feels as though they are intentionally difficult to get a hold of and are rarely available when we need assistance. This lack of accessibility is not only frustrating, but it also highlights a significant flaw in their customer service.
However, what is most disheartening about Daisy Communication is their apparent greed for money. They have demonstrated a clear tendency to charge excessively for their services at every opportunity they get. It seems as though they are constantly on the lookout for ways to squeeze extra money out of their customers, which is both unfair and unethical.
To make matters worse, Daisy Communication resorted to deceptive tactics to convince us to join their services. They promised us certain prices during the initial negotiation, only to change the terms and increase our prices afterwards. This level of dishonesty is highly unprofessional and has left us feeling deceived and cheated.
Considering our overall experience, I strongly advise against using Daisy Communication as an internet provider. Their consistent disappointments, greed, and dishonesty make it clear that they prioritize their own financial gain over providing quality service to their customers. I would strongly encourage exploring other options that offer more transparent and reliable internet services.

Fairly new to Daisy - seriously can not fault the service. Having been on the receiving end of trying to get through to BT for years, Daisy are a breath of fresh air! Fab service when reporting a fault - quick to resolve and actually answer the phone! Would highly recommend (we are a business customer). Great service.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Hands down the WORST company I have ever used. They cold called me and harassed me into joining up with them. They then blasted through a so called “verbal contract”, send you a crap router, provide you with the worst broadband know to technology. Then when you want to cancel (with the 14 days) they tell you you have to pay an £871 cancellation charge! I can only imagine this is a scam as the service IS SO BAD, that they actually want you to cancel so they can charge you the cancellation fee.

Wish i had read these reviews before swapping to these cowboys.
Appalling customer service and fault resolution dont get talked into signing up . As soon as we switched over from BT we had problems with no broadband then intermittent and low speed . Your given a dedicated account manager to phone if you have any issues who never returns calls . Been with them a week now and just cant get anything resolved so looks like returning to BT

We have a 1Gbps/1Gps leased line at a cost of over £400 a month.
There are speed issues and their support is shockingly poor. They don't answer the support line ever, taking over 40mins typically to answer a support call. Never again. Stay away for these cowboys.

Worst broadband company ever, had no broadband for nearly a year. Had engineers out every 2 months, couldnt fix it, we asked to cancel.the contract, we had always paid in full and got no service, they are threatening legal.action fora £500 cancellation fee, when they should be refunding us, awful customer services, rude and abrupt and after giving them 12 months to sort it out

Really appalling. Dropped connections, snail speeds, 1Mbps or less ... and throttling.
6 hours to download a 36Mb OS update.

Absolute Rubbish Service, supply inferior Technicolour routers. Whenever I call up I'm told there's nothing wrong with my speeds & am left hanging, constantly inconsistant even when right next to the router!. Device constantly drops out & lags & I'm tied into a contract that I can't get out of. Also constantly use excuses about the WiFi bandwidth being overloaded as people are working from home... How is that my problem as a business, when I am paying over £50 a month for a service that I'm not getting?

Appalling company - technical and customer service! After months with literally no service and many complaints we requested a deadlock letter and were ignored. We switched providers and were asked to pay remainder of the contract, for service never received in the first place. They are cowboys, disrespectful and seem to make money only when customers try to leave the contract. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Abysmal handling of broadband switch from BT left us without a connection for 4 days. Customer service even worse; they sympathise and promise but do not deliver. And the coup de grâce? Pathetic broadband speed. Avoid.

We have been pulling our hair out for months. The broadband in our office is non existent. You wait for hours to talk to anyone when trying to resolve. We pay around £50 per month and get nothing. No broadband. We’ve complained they call you at night when you’re at home and can’t help you because you’re not near the broadband. These guys are useless in our opinion. Stay as far away from them as possible. We are changing in june 2020
