If I could give ZERO I would.
I had my internet from NOW installed beginning of January. From the day after the engineer arrived internet didn't work. I reported the fault 9th March on moving into the property. NOW confirmed they will send an engineer round . I received a text message the beginning of the week confirming the engineer will come round and replied yes to being at home that day. The morning of the visit came, I receive another text message confirming the engineer will be round between 1-6pm and that if no one is in you may be charged £25. I stayed at home the afternoon waiting for the engineer to come, only for 5.30pm to roll around with no engineer in sight. I call customer service to find out no one was ever going to come because it is an external issue. I asked to be cancel my membership and be reimbursed for the loss of service I incurred. This still hasn't happened. Multiple phone calls to CS only to find out I will only be refunded £12!?! After I've paid £80 for a service that never worked and that also wasted my day and meant I had a loss of income on the day that I waited for the engineer to come. Useless, time wasters, rude, disrespectful. Don't go with this company.

Stay clear of now broadband. They take money you shouldnt be paying. They wont help over the phone. They pass you from pillar to post. Your activation date says a specific date but it can be two weeks after that date before it becomes active.

It's terrible. Just switched to Now broadband and it's absolutely awful. Really annoyed. Was with TalkTalk, which was great. Now is the absolute pits. Avoid at all costs.

Been trying to switch from BT Hyperoptic Broadband to Now.
Firstly entering my postcode does work for Now despite being here almost 2 years.
Then tried to call the number to switch that way but first 2 attempts gave a we are currently very busy and a disconnect.
Just tried for the third time and after waiting for an agent for 15 mins I hung up and looked at this website, they really dont appear to be a good supplier. Just told me to go to the website and use help/live chat.
if that is how they treat new business it doesnt look good for existing customer.
You would think they would ring back when they have some customer service reps after asking for my mobile number.
I suppose you get what you pay for with a cheap Broadband supplier.

I just read a previous review here after my own awful experience and it clearly is an issue with NOW broadband DO NOT USE THEM.
I signed up for Now Broadband in November 2021 with a setup date at the start of December. A few days before setup I called because I hadn’t received a router but was told it would be there within days.
A few further texts and calls and start of January I was again told setup would be within days and in any case I’ll receive automatic compensation of £5 a day for the delay (perfect as that would cover the premium I’ve been paying out of contract waiting for setup).
Today I received a text saying my order had been cancelled so panicked and called Now. Now have informed me they incorrectly put through the request for broadband service to openreach. As a result firstly I am apparently not entitled to ANY compensation for a 6wk delay, secondly I have been asked to completely re-submit for Now Broadband. Unsurprisingly I’ve decided not to use them as my provider.
6wks of wasted time, incorrect information, and horrible customer service who said unless I use their broadband I’m not entitled to any compensation for inconvenience and all the lies and additional costs I’ve faced.

I have been with these guys now broadband ( sky ) speed is a joke and so is the phone line no one has contacted me from when in contacted them regarding this . Also the no debit allowed needs to be paid once a month but phone or online also a joke I signed up to £28 per month I will be lucky if they have taking this payment more than once always more for some reason

I've read similar reviews here.. Unfortunately too late. Two weeks have past since the engineer came to my house to install the broadband. He couldn't finish the work and I had no update that day. I called NowTV to find out what went wrong and they didn't know. They promised to call me the day after to give me an update but they didn't. I tried to chat with them online and finally they could spot one of the problems. The woman I spoke to promised to keep me updated. 3 days later I happen to speak to the same woman in the chat so I asked about that update she reassured me I would get. She said she sent it and it finally turns out that she sent it to the wrong email address. Her response "my bad".
I still don't have internet.
I thought that they had a good deal but considering the hassle and energy I've wasted, I would never choose NowTV and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I joined 1st July & am still waiting. I had 9 Open Reach engineers who kept coming to install inside, but there was a connection error so needed a dig outside to make my line Live. Plus 1st engineer signed the job as 'Done' hence my phone stopped and I was charged for 1st month though I not only had Nothing at all but they also lost the phone number I've had 50yrs! The NOW team told me "if you leave & rejoin we can change the Open Reach order" ... They lied! I left but they wouldnt let me rejoin due to 'Not having a live line'"?!! Talk about catch 22...You can't talk to Open Reach direct... You have to go via your provider... But I don't have a provider anymore!! Lack of communication with Open Reach and easiest way of getting rid of problem was by telling me to leave. I have had the fix outside but there is now another fault lower down the street but that won't get fixed cos I don't have a provider. No provider will take me on as "I don't have a Live line" I want to scream now. Both NOW & Open Reach are to blame... Ombudsman here I come!! Newspapers too!!

This company has the worst customer service experience ever! They lie to you, the never, ever fulfil the promise of callback. Swear if I wasn’t in contract I’d be off. They obviously train the staff to be blatant liars. Worst service and it’s as bad as what seems like dial up broadband! The company is an embarrassment

An absolute disgrace of an organisation. Even though it is well publicised on the news that there is a postal strike, this company didn’t take it into account when sending out the new routers for new customers. Unwilling to help, Royal mail claimed that they haven’t even got the router and most of the stuff here are so rude it is untrue. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Absolutely terrible performance, flat-out disrespectful, and extremely unreliable customer service support. Useless operators are hung out to dry by their managers, having been provided the only response "I am so sorry, but nothing we can do at the moment". I was left without a service for one month, and I kept hearing that the repair is imminent, but it took 3 weeks! I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they do not answer the phone to customers. Then I was promised a call back within 72 hrs. When a week passed and I didn't get a call, I called again and was told that it is extremely unlikely I get a call back from a manager. The auto compensation system does not work. NOW refuses to pay back what they advertise as reparations for the loss of service. Further, there is no way one can request compensation on their own. Terrible, terrible service. Very slow internet speeds. Overall disaster. Save yourself the headache and disappointment!

Never received hub, called 1 day before going live, was originally lied to by customer services claiming hub was delivered. Later told by another employee they were running behind on dispatch, could not give me any information about delivery date.
Was still charged bill on day internet was meant to start while still having no hub.

This is easily the worst broadband I've ever had. It keeps cutting out, and when it is running, it is so slow. I also had to buy an extender because it's so crap. Avoid at all costs, it's a bunch of complete rubbish. DO NOT BUY!!!

signed up and excellent communication bordering on harassment for a few weeks leading up until installation day , apparently there was an issue with the socket for fibre broadband in the main signal box up the road even though he was an enginear he admited he has no idea what to do so the engineer said i will still get broadband but at a lower speed - LIES! no communication from now tv as soon as things went wrong . rang helpline and told we will answer ur call in under 5 minutes - LIES! actually had a wait of 15 . spoke to a northern irish gentleman eventually that was totally uninterested in the situation bordering on being rude saying i would receive a call from the back office team within 72 hours -LIES! after speaking again to someone today who was actually really pleasant i was informed they will not actually call u they will just send u an email in 3 days time .- LIes! the helpful rep today actually said the account is up for review in 4 days not 3 ! essentially if something goes wrong u are left hanging with very poor communication and them passing the buck to bt openreach or there back office team that u cant actually talk too! . i saw the price and thought its owned by sky so must be decent but up until this point have had a terrible experience with very little communication probably because i havent paid my monthly bill yet so they dont care. im sure some people have had a good experience but read the majority of the reviews this honestly is a very poor company with very poorly trained teams in charge .oh and one last thing i signed up for 25 pound a month fibre broadband which included line rental and free any time calls . guess what ? they still intend to charge me 8.40 for line rental even though no where in there 25 contract do they mention this of being a possibility of that exact price . even better than that there line rental is 7.99 so why would i be paying 8.40 ? i asked the call centre gentleman at first contact and he could not answer and adamant i am liable for this charge . i informed him ive read all 25 pages of my contract and perhaps he should read one of his company's contracts before making false legal statements . ive got no doubt someone somewhere will take legal action against this company at some point as its seems it is built on deceit . am i a disgruntled customer ? absolutely ! is everything i said true ? absolutely . use at your own risk ! and definitely do not switch provider until these jokers actually get things up and running or u will be left without internet like me with no idea when or if it will be resolved 1 shocking experience hopefully i hope u`ve read this review before signing up . i wished id checked the boundless amounts of bad reviews before i did !

Ordered broadband kit in November but never received.
Called them in December to notify that kit not received yet, new one sent out.
Never received any router still charged since November.
When I called to notify that I didn’t received the kit no refund offered.
Had to cancel after 4 months paid without being able to use the service at all.

Don't go near this company! unless you would like no connection and a barrel full of excuses about how BT "Open Reach" are to blame. Just wish this website advertising was more honest.... some like - There no NOW in now TV just empty space and certainly no chance of broadband being connected anywhere near the agreed date. Ps. you will be required to chase them as they will not communicate with you, they taken to putting their "head in the sand" with new customer and hoping for the best.

Just joined them this week. Setup was on time. But quickly found the router would not cover our terraced house. Then the line keeps dropping every hour or so.
Customer service tells me the signal will get better over time... er how? So they have lost any trust.
Am now extremely unpopular with kids.DO NOT COME TO NOWTV land. It is as bad as it sounds.

avoid them, I was scammed by over £200, very poor customer service and their telephony staff yelled at me at two ocassions. I booked a broadband installation with NowTV, waited for a month, engineers came over and said that there is no line they can use so they can't connect and advised to get different provider i.e virgin, as there was virgin line. They assured me that I don't need to do anything and they will let billings team now and my account will be cancelled and installation fee refunded. They never cancelled my account and kept charging my card every month without any authorisation, I've cancelled direct debit straight away and they still kept charging my card, becauise they had card details. I've called to log a complaint, telephony guy said that their company has no complaints department whatsoever so it's impossible. I asked him why their website has whole complaints page and ability to log a written complaint? They said i'm making this up as they don't deal with complaints at all.. Assured me that broadband is cancelled. TWo months later I am still being charged.. No standing orders or direct debit, they are making unauthorised charges to my card directly because they have the details.. I have logged a complaint on their website, it promised 3 weeks response-resolution. 2 months later, no response. I called their telephony to cancel again, just to get yelled at by a girl, saying that i should stop making up the complaint story, as they dont have complaints team and there is nowhere to log a complaint, and that my services are fully active lol
Worst company ever, avoid! Seems like if you get any issues they will never resolve them.

Honestly, just don’t even consider Now Broadband. They might be cheap but if you can’t even use the internet, it’s a waste of money. When it is working you can only get broadband if you are in the same room as the router, and it goes down constantly. I’m currently on day 4 of no internet and they are now saying it will take another 3-5 working days for an engineer to come. Every conversation with their customer service is a run down of the many excuses why it’s not their fault or why they are not contractually obliged to assist. Please don’t waste your time and money with this company. Truly an appalling experience.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am having endless problems with my broadband, so I tried their Contact system on their site (try it before you sign up!) which just directs you away from contacting them. No way to contact them at all through their "I'm having problems" prompt. The only way to get a number is to say you want to sign up, or cancel. But if you call it, their robot won't recognise your key presses when you go to the Technical Help department, and it hangs up on you. So if you go to the "Upgrade your package" telephone prompt, you are put in a long queue, and then they hang up on you before you get through to a human. This is disgraceful. For your own sanity, please stay away.

I am not a customer yet, was just looking to see if I had coverage at my location. It doesn't offer me any of this when you fill in the postcode. You just start a purchase process. So assumption says I have coverage?
so going through the help centre, you end up with a chatbot, who is as helpful as a can of baked beans.. I am not liking the human less corporations... And I am not even that old yet..

Now broadband is absolutely the pits, I've had fibre 80/20 with BT, TalkTalk and EE, not an issue with any of those providers, speeds were constant 76 down and 19 up, however, after moving to Now broadband fibre, they have locked my speed to 53 down and 19 up, customer service does answer when you send a message but they can't help.
My advice is, don't bother with this provider.

Would give a zero if i could, signed up once and booked an engineer but when I called up to check this, they said my account had not been created. The person on the phone set us up for an engineer to come out in 2 weeks time, only for our order to be cancelled without giving any explanation. When I called up they said we had no capacity for broadband with them, which they didn’t mention any of the other times they were taking my card details.
Absolute shambles. Had a member of the customer service team put the phone down on me mid call twice

Now Broadband are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Continuous lies and false promises – blaming any error on Open Reach but not offering more explanation. Circling back on errors that I had known were fixed. I spent a month trying to get online, in the end went for BT who got me up and running immediately. Now Broadband customer services were extremely patronising and unhelpful. Their answer is literally, we will let you know in two weeks when there is an update... not if you will go live... if there is an update. Just the worst experience. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order and duly paid the booking fee. I then wait until the activation date I was given but no router had arrived and no further communication from Now. So I call them, they had lost my order but when they eventually found it they discovered they had cancelled the order but could not tell me why. So I lost two weeks with no internet because they couldn't be bothered to communicate with their customer. They were also unable to refund my fee because they lost that order and another department handles refunds. After hours of chasing around I am still without broadband and my refund. This company might look cheap but they are not geared up for selling broadband. Avoid unless you want a raft of headaches and no actual internet connection. Completely and utterly useless.

Waste of time!
Ordered my broadband and activation date. My order was cancelled because of no availability in my area. They didn't bother to tell me about it. Waited for nothing until activation day. Informed about order cancellation when I give them a call. JOKE
Thwn I was advised to order again different option, and end up same way in another 2 weeks time. Do yourself a favour and just avoid them.

Literally the worst consumer experience I have had. 3 failed engineer appointments left us without broadband for 1 month, during lockdown! And all I was offered was £15 off my first bill.
Save yourself the hassle and don't bother.
