I have NOW tv's Fab Fibre broadband with a guaranteed minimum speed of 36mbps. Although they tell me repeatedly that the speeds they are getting are between 28 and 36 the fastest I have ever had coming into the house are 20 (and that only ever intermittently). The usual is between 2 and 18. Rubbish.

Broadband speed is absolutely abysmal. The connection drops constantly and makes it almost impossible for two people to work from home at the same time, which is not ideal at the moment.

Absolute circus.
They sent contractors to set up my line, only for them to tell me that my house couldn't get broadband atall. (They were wrong!) Customer service then confirmed that my house wasn't set up for it (again wrong). I cancelled the broadband, and then a week later a different engineer turned up out of the blue (without NowTV telling me they'd booked or sent one). This engineer said he could in fact set up my house, and that they'd sent third party contractors to do the work who didn't know what they were doing.
I still haven't received a refund for the 'set up' fee.
-They cant even be bothered to send qualified people to set up your broadband.
- Customer service, you have to spend ages trawling the website to find a number.

Provision over the past year has been very good, with 14mBs download and 1mBs upload on average. Renegotiation of the deal was required as renewal cost was a steep rise. A pity they did not offer their best price in the first place! Your offer was not as good as I negotiated with NOW Broadband. Why is that? Pricing seems a bit of a mystery and your service is not necessarily the best/cheapest.

awful service, no broadband for 3 weeks, having to ring 5+ times for total non answers blaming openreach, was told every time someone would be in touch but nobody ever was, but hey, at least i was told i would be compensated right? wrong, when enquiring further about the compensation i was told i wouldnt be getting any and my account specifically was denied this, absolutely shockking especially with people working from home and having wifi is vital for this to work. and to top it all off theyve charged me 5.68 for calls i didnt make. do not go with this company, absolutel d***heads

Worse broadband provider I have had and I have had most of them. I keep changing to get a better deal and NowTv was the cheapest in a June 2020 when my last contract with TalkTalk was up. I wish I hadn’t left TalkTalk. Why change when there was nothing wrong. My speeds have continually been lower than NowTv guaranteed, I have contacted them and tried a variety of alterations as they suggest, but to no avail. The internet freezes, trouble watching Netflix, etc. Really fed up and pending the early fees I have to pay, I intend to leave them very soon.

Broadband is reliable and hasn't yet let me down. Speed is OK and get what you pay for. Only problem is the range and I have had to fit a range extender to get to rooms outside the room the Broadband hub is situated.

Range of WiFi router is terrible. I'm in an apartment and speeds in one of the bedrooms are negligible. Customer service is OK, although problems often take a lot of explanation and are relative to other firms slow. I've decided to cut my contract a couple of months short due to being dissatisfied.

They have left me without home security as the NOW router is not suitable (too weak) to run system and I should never have been told if would not affect my security system at the time of sale despite me going into detail at the time with the salesman at NOW. The cost to sort this is in the many hundreds. Money I do not have. They have taken no responsibility at all. I’m a single female with a panic button due to previous threats hence the security. I have been fobbed off constantly. The speed is very irregular despite having the most expensive super fast broadband package. I can’t even get NOW TV . Customer service don’t have power to sort. I am vulnerable in my own home, paying through the nose for irregular broadband. and now I am going to have to pay for a specialist to try and sort my security system. Totally appalled with the company. Letter sent to Head Office. No response.

After nearly 2 years. We are in the process of changing to another supplier. All I will say is if you are thinking of Broadband look else where. After 2 years we are giving uo with them. They have little or no interest in providing a reasonable service.

Used this website when looking for a new supplier and the reviews almost stopped me from going with NowTV - would really urge everyone to take these with a massive pinch of salt as people typically only leave reviews when they are upset! My experience so far (around 3 months) has been absolutely fine - customer service has been quick and helpful, the speed could be better but is absolutely sufficient for daily use even with loading videos/ movies/ streams!

I originally signed up with NOW Broadband as they offered the best value deals, but as I've discovered that comes at a cost. I have no issue with the broadband speeds, but I've had several issues with service drop outs. After line tests they have insisted on having an Engineer access my property at great inconvenience even though the faults have all been at the exchange.
A few weeks ago I received an email telling me another supplier had requested to take over my line. I immediately phoned them and told them this was a mistake and not the case. I was advised they would put a stop on the line transfer and I'd receive an email confirming when this had been done. No email was received, so I called them back again. I was given no explanation as to why the stop hadn't been actioned, but they would deal with it straight away and I was assured my phone line would not be cut off. On Friday my phone line and Broadband were cut off! After numerous phone calls (you have to go through the same set of security questions twice every time and they have a habit of cutting you off when they try and transfer you) I've been told my only option is to sign up as a new customer again - which will take 14 days. Also, my phone number of 26 years has been deleted and I can't have it back! They have accepted they should have actioned the 'stop' on the line transfer but just didn't bother, so tough luck it's too late now!!!!!
I now have no phone and Broadband for at least 2 weeks during our 2nd lockdown in Aberdeen.
Don't be tempted by the cheap deals, they're hopeless!

I have been a customer of Now Broadband for a couple of years now. Besides there being a couple of local faults, I have not had any problems with service. Although having said that the signal can be rather slow at peak times.
After my initial contract was up I renewed but phoned and got a far better deal than I was quoted online. I pay £17.99 a month for standard broadband. Should have been £25.
My only criticism is of the modem it's self, it only has two Ethernet ports.

Purchased NOW broadband and the whole experience from the start has been great. Broadband went live on the expected day with no issues at all. I live in a property that has the downstairs area in a basement so I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise I get full WiFi signal every room of my house.
So pleased, great service

Signed up with Now broadband this morning and requested to keep my landline number. I then received an email from them stating that they had chosen to change my number! GRRRRRRR!
Tried to reply to email and also respond via various online contact forms and complaint forms, but no response.
I have decided to cancel contract and will look for better contract with existing supplier, on hold to Now cancellations team as I type.

Absolutely terrible! We moved from Sky, thinking that it would be the same service but a lot cheaper (sister company). How wrong we were. The speeds are usually below 15mbps and it regularly just stops. We had a visit from an Open Reach engineer who said that we'd never get higher than 44mbps which is lower than the guarantee but we decided that we'd cope with that so we accepted a new hub. The new one is worse! I was told that if the new hub didn't resolve the issue I could leave without penalty. When I rang to leave I was told that I was lying when I said that I was told that I could leave without penalty and they would have to listen to the phone call. They still haven't got back to me after a week. Meanwhile, we're all using our phone data and have to get used to streamed TV stopping and starting. Customer service staff are very polite and friendly but they don't actually do anything. I'm not holding my breath for any of this to be sorted out soon as it's already been going on for a month. Whatever you do, don't use Now TV for broadband!

I recently signed up to transfer my broadband and phone package to Now as my package with another company was near the end of the contract. I had a couple of concerns that I needed answering. I telephoned Customer Service a spoke to a lady called Veronica. She was courteous and listened to my concerns and because all the details were not displayed on my account she arranged to phone me the following day. Further investigations were needed and a she was on days off and an intervening weekend she phoned me on her return, as arranged and my issues were cleared up.
Veronica provjded outstanding customer service and is caring and cheery in personality.
She is a credit to the Company.
Hopefully once my service begins it matches up to the consideration I have received to date.

Literally the worst consumer experience I have had. 3 failed engineer appointments left us without broadband for 1 month, during lockdown! And all I was offered was £15 off my first bill.
Save yourself the hassle and don't bother.

absolute and utter garbage. I had to dismantle my telephone socket for the connection to be made, fitted it yesterday ,todauY I find that the phone calls are being screened, i.e. press 1 to tallk to the person calling. Called the help centre, they are as bad as SKY to get to talk to someone, they then left me on hold, and then cut me off, phoned again, "we can,t do anything" what a complete and uttershambles, no wonder they are so cheap

I've been with several providers over the years, ntl, then virgin, BT, etc. I've been with nowtv broadband for a year. I don't understand other people's issues, I had no problem contacting customer services in the first week, and an engineer was sent out in 3 days, who found my issue was wiring in my house, and fixed it free. The price is excellent, I've no issue connecting 8 devices to WiFi all over the house, and speed is as promised. Yes, twice over a year the signal dropped out, but both times it restarted within a few hours, and this happens with all providers from time to time. I'm most happy.

I have been with now broadband for nearly a year, and as my contract was coming to an end,and they were increasing my price from £25 to£40 decided to leave.
I sent them a separate email(no reply) and took the appropriate action 10 working days before the end, I changed to Plusnet, and as expected, everything turned up on time, internet speeds were faster, and the Router was much better spec.
So far so good, until I checked my online banking, only to find a pending charge for £40-97 on my app.
I contacted Resolve, and raised the complaint, which went through and NOW TV replied with apologies, said it was an error, and they would monitor it and get a credit through! That was the 6th July,,I looked at my statement again on the 8th July, and sure enough the £40-97 had been taken out???????
As it is taken off your debit card, not a direct debit, you cannot stop it with any ease,so despite a further two complaints through resolve I still have had no correspondence or refund!
Do NOT use this company(Sky owned)
Their speeds are erratic, their service to customers is to be polite rubbish, and as far as I am aware, the only broadband provider to take it from your debit card rather than DD as all others I have ever dealt with.

I'm coming to the end of 18 month contract and can't wait to leave. My main gripe is the pathetic wifi signal and lack of ports with the router. Also fed up with Internet dropping out. I don't bother calling about it because customer service leave a lot to be desired and it eventually comes back. I could live with that but not the rubbish router. Bradband speed OK most of the time.

I have real problems with getting any kind of advertised speed for my Broadband; but now I now have 30+GHz after changing some router options.
The promised speed is 36Mbps and I was getting around 1.9Mbps to my laptop. I spoke to NowTV support and they got a BT engineer out to check the speed for me within 4 days (I called on Friday, he was here Monday). The BT guys check the speed going to the router, and it was 36Mbps as advertised, but the speed quickly dropped off the further I was away from the router... literally in the spare bedroom, around 15 meters, the speed went down to 1.9Mbps. So.... I tried moving the router, that didnn't help much; I tried moving my Laptop, I got around 5-6Mbps now that they are around 5 meters closer. This is obviously really bad for working from home, so I started to investigate the WIFI settings on the router (don't do this if you don't know what your doing...); and I now have 34-35 Mbps after disabling the 2.4GHz connection and only using the 5Ghz connection.
So my conclusion is that the Routers the NowTV use are a bit s**t as they don't handshake to the higher GHz by default; but to the 2.4GHz.
FYI I changed the following options on the router... I take no responsibility if your break anything. Do at your own risk....
In a browser, goto the http://192.168.0.1
The username defaults to admin
The password defaults to nowtv
Goto the Wireless
Goto 2.4 GHz wireless settings
Unchecked...
Enable Wireless Access Point
Enable WPS
Allow Broadcast of Name (SSID)
Synchronise 2.4GHz and 5GHz Settings
MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK Synchronise 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Settings. If you don't you might end up not being able to connect to your router.
Hit the Apply button. The router will restart the connection, and you can now do a speed test. You may have to check that any old devices can still connect; as not everything will be able to connect using 5Ghz.

I was promised a minimum speed that has not been delivered and is looking more and more like it never will be, even though my last ISP managed to do so.
They changed my phone number without telling me and without my consent even after promising me it would not change. Incorrectly billed me and the list goes on. The only good points so far is their customer service is pretty quick and they do try to be helpful. Also the reliability is quite good.
