Totally and utterly annoying service!
Been using this broadband service for a few months now.
Every single day without fail, the middle light of 3 goes from green to orange, meaning whatever I'm doing or using stops!!
I've sent them lots of messages because you can't ring them, they say,do this, do that blah, blah, blah, just like Talk Talk, totally crap.
They just blame the user instead of sending someone to check on it!
I had the same kind of crap with TT and got nothing but excuses from them also.
If I was you, avoid these also, I will be switching as soon as my contract is ending.

Couldn't even get started. Coverage checker wouldn't recognise my phone number which I've had for 20 years. Contacted a rep on Twitter, showed them the screenshot, then they told me to phone them on a number which I had to pay for. If that's how they treat potential customers, it's a bad sign, so will avoid.

2+ months after cancelling my account, and I am still being contacted to pay for the past 2 months. After contacting them to find out why this has happened they deny that I cancelled the contract, even though they admit that they cancelled the services. Still, they insist I pay the money if I want to use their service in future (will also affect credit rating). A disgusting way to treat a customer and cheap way to make an extra few pounds.

Worst customer service experience of my life. 3 weeks and still no broadband even after notifying them weeks in advance. Was assured that we would receive compensation but now being told that we are not eligible because we have switched to other provider (after they told us to order and cancel on 4 separate occasions). Avoid like the plague.

Paying £20 a month for 70Mbps download and 19Mbps upload.
Whenever I have needed to contact support it takes about 30 seconds to get through.
We went through a house move, unfortunately this took 3 weeks longer than we were told it would, this is our only gripe with Now Broadband.
The broadband is reliable, we had an issue where it kept dropping on and off for five days, finally gave Now a call, they sent an engineer out within a few days and problem was fixed with the line.
Customer service all have English accents so it is easy to understand them.
Now hub 2 leaves a lot to be desired, no modem mode and no option to change the DNS provider. I've put my own router in the DMZ and using that to do the routing. 5G will provide a 400Mbps link to my devices, this drops off pretty quickly between rooms, using Unify AP-AC-LR to blanket the house in WIFI and have no issues.
All in all, I believe that I am getting a cracking service for £20 a month.

I'm getting good speeds when it works but it keeps dropping around 7 - 8 times a day. Engineers have been out at least 6 times and I've phoned at least 20 but everything is a temporary fix. Sky use the same router and people have the same problems. I know it's the router but they don't want to accept it not to mention the signal only reaches one room. Definitely avoid now broadband, get BT who can offer the same speed but they have the best routers, that's who I'll go with once my contract is up
