TERRIBLE WIFI SIGNAL.
I signed up for superfast fibre optic with a guaranteed speed of 62 meg but lucky if I get half of that, the signal doesn't reach around the whole of the house (small terraced house)or into the back garden, I actually get a better signal from the neighbours wifi 3 door up. I contacted the so called customer services and after 20 minutes I finally got through to a very uninterested rude lady who had me running tests all day in different parts of the house, she did ring back the following day as promised but then went on to tell me wifi signals could not be guaranteed, I was sat right next to the router, I insisted they sent out a better router but they just sent the same one again and said if this one doesn't work I will have to buy a booster. I wish I had read all these reviews before changing over to this sham of a company but I am now stuck with them for the next 12 months, don't make the mistake I have made. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS,

Worst customer service experience ever!
took over 30min to speak with someone first, we needed a broadband, so we got it ordered, until 3 weeks later they said it will be postponed again for 3 weeks. so we should have waited almost 2 months for broadband connection! then we wanted to cancel the order and they were supposed to email the confirmation, didn't hear from them, so called again and they said it will take min 72 hours to do anything, so still waiting for our cancellation confirmation. no way to email them, only by chat and phone, you need to wait at least 30 min to speak with someone who will escalate you anyway to a different department.
Useless!

I signed up NOW TV Broadband for £18 pm with 6months entertainment pass, but they took my payment card I asked them I don’t want to put in auto renew so why you holding my card details they didn’t remove my card detail
Then I had a look at this page as disastrous experiences with them so I decided to cancel , I called them but they never pickup the phone even after 55 mins so I hanged up I speak to their chat ppl they didn’t responded , so finally I had to contact my previous supplier and stop being taking me away by this ppl and they immediately stopped since I was under cooling off period
Now tv had to cancel
I’m happy I’m not with this NOW and never in future

I was trying to join Now Broadband but they could not get my address correct. It was shown in three different ways, two of which were incorrect so I tried to get it altered. It took 25 minutes to speak to someone. I then decided that this really was not for me and called the Cancellation line. After 53 minutes, yes 53 minutes I gave up. If this is for new customers I hate to think what it is like for current customers.

Please for the love of god avoid this provider. Since joining in October 2018 the connection has cut of many times. It currently has been off for 2 days and all i get is we can't do anything till an engineer is available. Not just the exuses but imo rude staff on the other end, it felt like I was talking/e mailing to a child. Really wish i didn't rope myself into a 12 month contract. I had no issues with My previous provider regarding connection, I left because they upped the price but if I could go back in time I would of stayed with them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

I have just had to ditch this service after 2 months. The provider I had prior to this delivered as promised and when the wireless signal became an issue sent me a better router. Now broadband was no where near as reliable and despite numerous complaints and escalation to higher levels the only response was sorry there is nothing else we can do. Just speaking to customer service is a 15-20 minute wait. The attitude of now broadband and its staff is tough. If you are thinking of changing to this provider one word DON'T.

Broadband is throttled then cut off immediately whenever used for more than 1mb/s (despite claims of no usage caps). Customer service is non existant, contact numbers are near impossible to find and when we found one we were charged £60 on our next phone bill. Live chat 'conveniently' doesn't let you log in whenever there is a problem. Even if you do manage to get through to someone their "troubleshooting" consists of unplugging and restarting your router over and over again until they throw up their hands and call an engineer (within 3-5days) to do the exact same until they finally even think to look into it at their end. If you want to end your contract early you can either cancel and pay nearly the rest of your monthly payments up front or call them up and no doubt be charged the same amount, if not more, in your phone bill. Don't let yourself be trapped in this scam.
