    Awful. Speed comes and goes all the time. Speed often so low it is unusable. Very hard to contact customer services. Avoid them.

    Terrible!!! Utterly appalling and not fit for purpose. I have lost count of the times I have complained over the phone and online.. they have now stopped responding to my emails as I have got to the point when I refuse to waist hours in the phone or following their frustrating procedure to switch broadcast channels on my hub then wait 24 hours to see if there is any improvement! I tried to point out that they are not fulfilling the terms of the contract have contacted Ofcom and have ended up just giving up as I simply don’t have the time to waste. Needless to say I can’t wait for our contract to end at the end of March. Having had endless issues from the very beginning!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

    Genuinely one of my biggest mistakes getting this network. My flat is tiny and it hardly reaches my bedroom. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Waste of time!
    Ordered my broadband and activation date. My order was cancelled because of no availability in my area. They didn't bother to tell me about it. Waited for nothing until activation day. Informed about order cancellation when I give them a call. JOKE
    Thwn I was advised to order again different option, and end up same way in another 2 weeks time. Do yourself a favour and just avoid them.

    I saw these reviews and thought NOW cant be that bad but yes they are. 5 weeks later and STILL no broadband and I have to wait ANOTHER week before they tell WHEN the broadband MIGHT be activated

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Awful company - they are basically criminals. Broadband was always slow, didn’t reach certain rooms of the house and frequently cut out. I cancelled after finding a better deal and they still took a full payment from me in the full knowledge I didn’t owe them a penny. I had to call on five separate occasions to get my money back - it took over a month of constant calls, messages and emails to get my refund processed. Stay away from this company, not only will they give you a terrible service - they will openly steal from you.

    Avoid altogether. Customer service absolutely appalling and totally unfit for a company in the "communications" industry. Tel access only and that so lengthy they give you a choice of music while you wait !

    Genuinely the worst wifi I have ever had. I am constantly on 5G instead because the wifi keeps going out, disconnecting, etc. Save your money and go elsewhere
