Mine was supposed to be switched on straight away but there's a problem with the Connection and apparently there's another provider live when it's a complete new build. This company is a joke and I've paid Go fast £41 for the router and delivery and still no service.

    Hi,

Moved into a newly build estate relatively close to town. Obviously there are no recognizable BB providers and we chose 'seethelight' provider because of Sky brand name in it's advertisment.

Packages are definitely expensive and occasional drop in connections.
My neighbour had a terrible experience to repair FTTP connection by OFNL.

I want Fibre speeds as advertised on tv. Like I used to have in my old house (within same village) - you know, full FIBRE! Not 50mp/s

You won’t tell us when you’ll have the ‘Capacity’ to up speeds. Drawing more from the Data Centres to give us proper competitive speeds vs my neighbours who don’t live in the site builds, who have a proper consumer choice. Instead it ‘we plan sometime in the future’. Reminds me of Del Boy telling Rodney ‘This time next year rodders …..’. They’re just words.

Your list of resellers (that no one has ever heard of), can raise a ticket with YOU - their websites are hilariously inadequate, their support is a shambles and I pity anyone who is forced to have to take your services. I think it’s a disgrace that Ofcom allow you to lock us out of the service providers that as consumers we should have the choice to access, with it speeds of up to 20 times faster than what you offer. You know… btopenreach, EE, sky etc. instead a reseller ‘seethelight’ (before you go there) is as capped as the rest of them at 50mp/s
Brand new house and woeful speeds. And I experienced Fibre500 in my old house (available across the street) and it was much, much better.

I can’t wait for this ‘Some time in the future’ speed increase promise. #Pathetic #Woeful #NoConSumerChoiceAwayFromOFNL

At peak times most streming services keep interrupting, no choice of other providers in the area, not even adsl. Have to switch TV to 4G to be able to watch anything of Fridays and Saturdays especially.

Never before have I experienced such poor service. Be careful when buying a house in a village that has a sole provider with no competition.

Had the wifi go down which was less than ideal when trying to work from home. Initial date for repair was a month out but this was quickly moved forward to within a week. Adil Ahmed the technician called ahead before arriving to find the best time for us which was appreciated. Then he quickly rectified the problem. Much appreciated.

The fiber cost to much . It's not fair as in you live in London you can get deals with community fiber or g networks . Fast speeds at supper good price . Eg you can get 150 download 50upload for £22 month first 6 months free . On ofnl it's super expensive . I have just finished a year with rocket . Had to pay to activate line . When it's already all put into the build and I was going back until they told me I would have to pay again to reactivate the line again . So you can see ofnl and rocket and others are all about the money . I just can't afford it so I am cut off from the world at the moment or that's how it feels . Shame g network or community fiber can't get to Whiteley . But the my guess on that is that deals where struck because there is not even a ADSL line in these flats so your stuck with ofnl . They should be governed more by the government and stop the mad prices . Fed up

our broadband down like 16 hours ago like yesterday 11PM until they do not know about it until 8AM next time about the wider outage covering around 500 homes. I wonder why they did not setup alerts and plan on fixing it. They have been waiting for about 4 hours for the new equipment. What kind of company these guys are running without any redundancy plans.. i cant believe.. but we are stuck with this as our new built had some sort of agreement with only OFNL providers. Its a Shame

Absolute garbage. The website looks like it was created by a 12-year-old and there is zero way to get in touch. We can speak to our "ISP" reseller, but they just resell the line.

We pay for 100 Down and for a month now get 2 - 3 down on evenings. They also like to randomly reset the line - sometimes in the night, sometimes in the middle of a work video call.

If I ran an IT company like these clowns I'd be out of business. I'd yell at them, but you can't...

Absolutely terrible - forced to use them for my new build. Installed faulty cables. Couldn't get an engineer for a month and all had to fit around them - no option to get an appointment scheduled to help me with work - all about them and doing nothing for their customers.

I’m writing this review using my mobile data, just says it all!! Absolute joke of a service, I would give a zero rating if I could. Constant issues with the broadband and the help from customer service or the engineers is something you would see on Little Britain by David Walliams - ‘Computer says no’. Catch 22 really, we’re being forced to use this service in the new build yet OFNL doesn’t provide a professional service! It’s so unprofessional and unhelpful it makes me want to cry!
