    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Firstly, absolutely shocking and awful quality of internet connection. Frequent blackouts of broadband and slow internet speeds. Unable to ever make video calls and even connect a lot of the time. Plusnet refused to acknowledge the drop in service and would even entertain helping us with this.

    Even worse is the cancellation fee! Over £75 to cancel due to moving, with no offer to reduce this. Absolutely terrible customer service. No other company has such an extortionate cancellation fee. They are taking advantage of their customers and extorting them when normal life events (moving) happen.

    DO NOT enter into a contract with them! STAY AWAY!

    4 weeks after moving house I still have no wifi. I have phoned 4 times and been told (after being on hold 45 mins+) many dates my wifi would be on none of which have happened. I have no mobile data signal or phone signal at the flat and can’t answer my phone at work (hospital) but have been told I cannot be contacted by email even though their ‘helpline’ closes 30 mins after I’m home from work so I have to phone them on my weekend. If it wasn’t over £100 to escape this incompetent contract I would have. DON’T recommend!

    Recently had an email apologizing for the lack of a recent bill, tried to transfer to them in 2020, order was never progressed and I was never able to get through to customer service. I was also never able to get a refund of my first DD £40 taken and nothing provided. AVOID.

    poor WIFI, minimum speed coming into the property, their recommendation to use an Hawaii Dongle with an EE sim card.

    It's very early to submit a review because we changed to PlusNet only because our previous supplier is unavailable in the area we have just moved to. I have had cause to speak on the phone a few times to make sure everything went live on the day we moved in and the prompt responses, professionalism, good sense and politeness of each of the staff I have spoken to have been really excellent. Keep up the good work, PlusNet!

    Never again. Broadband is rubbish and if you try go leave they interupt and talk over you. Also my account tells me that I have zero months contract but their records say that I have 7 months left on a contract that I cannot remember signing up to or giving permission for. What a shambles.

    Absolutely rubbish customer service provided by Plusnet as well as their prices which are very high and going up even more for a totally rubbish broadband. Totally awful

    I manage an account for my elderly parents.
    Previous to Plusnet other phone companies couldn’t set this up. Plusnet make everything easy.
    I have rang Plusnet several times over the years and without exception they are the most helpful and lovely people.
    Today I talked to Daisy in Sheffield.
    Problems are sorted straight away . Excellent company.

    To all people who are wanting to sign up to plusnet. Please DONT. We had this company in our home for 5 to 6 years and during this time we have had trouble with slow speed and six engineers later it is still not right. We had decided to go to another company due to the very poor service and was also very under advised by the sales team and also during complaints we have now found out after going to another company there is a leaving fee of £246.09. Whilst trying to sort these issues out we have then found out to our horror that they only had the records going back 2 years, bearing in mind we have been with them for 5 to 6 years. This is due to company policy that reflects on their poor customer service that makes them rubbish. Pease be aware of this as we have been conned!!

    Please don’t ever use or connect to this broadband. It is the worst broadband on earth . I suggest this Plusnet should be close down . This company is a fraud . The signal is very bad . They just collecting customers money . Shame on you Plusnet
