    Not a day goes by without this "broadband" continuously dropping out. It's always 'limited'. At least 5 times a day. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to do a degree and the internet is so unreliable!!! looking at all of the other reviews it's astonishing that nothing has been done about this yet.

    I would NOT recommend talk talk they charged me twice for a service they didn't even provide my broadband wouldn't work then they couldn't fix it but gladly took my money wouldn't refund me and there customer service agents are so rude please do not go with talk talk they are absolutely a joke of a company

    Was on holiday in Italy and could not log into my talk talk account (as it's apparently a security feature. Spoke to someone on live chat to who gave me bank details and told me to do a direct bank payment. Did this from my online banking. Got home two weeks later and snotty message in post and on phone that my account has not been paid!!! 40 days later and they are still unable to find the payment. I have confirmed over and over via email and with my bank (sending them emails of the payment) that it has been paid! Now at day 41 I refuse to pay another cent to them until my account is sorted!!! ABSOLUTLEY CRAP SERVICE!!!

    To anybody considering signing up to swalkswalk forget it. DO NOT do it. One can find customer service problems with any provider I imagine but the ongoing faults I've had with my broadband are such I could fill this comment box 100 times over. They are rubbish.

    i switched to Talk Talk in August 2016 WOW what a mistake i have made which is made worse by having Sky Q which relies on wireless connection.

    As someone previously stated pay a little extra and go with someone reliable.

    I have switched suppliers no doubt Talk Talk will chase me for monies but i am not prepared to pay for a sub standard service.

    Please think carefully if you plan to join them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    We are moving our business premises to a new one a mile away in Welwyn Garden City.
    We have been told by TT that we can't keep the number.
    Is there any point of sticking with TT When we could easily need larger premises in a few years time. We know that changing our phone number lost us many customer from a previous time.

    well what can you say nothing but fly men free engineers vist cost me £85.00 never seen any monies back got credit on next bill, got name, tel number stolen when they got hacked calls from scammers all the time bill charges never the same always different constant disconnections slow speeds cant understand help desk paid my early termination fee just to get shot of them stay well clear dont fall for the adds telling you they are cheaper cause they will bump up your bill when it suits them and you will be on phone for long time to sort it out but you will not get money back conmen

    Anyone knows how to deal with such a crap issue: We have opened our Internent account with Talk Talk, and frist time arranged engineer to come in for installation in March 8th, however due to our schedule we can not make it that day, so we tried to re-arrange before March 8th, and been told by one of their customer service that we dont need an engineer, we asked: really and the lady said yes, no need. So we trust her, but when we moved in at 15th of March, we found a letter said engineer missed out us, then we realised that we do need an egineer as expected, so we tried again to re-arrange the time for the enginerr coming, the engineer came at 29th, which is quite late... but fine, as long as our internet could be sort out, hoewever, just while the engineer finishing his installation we got an E-mail from Talk Talk said that our account has been cancelled by the system automatically due to there is no fibre service in our area, we were so confused, and asked how could this happen, if there is no fibre why when we set the contract we have not been told, and even the egineer feel confused, if there is no fibre service, why send him here. so we have been told we will get a call by Monday, which atucally is Tuesday (today 05/04/2016) and they called us just say becuase our account is not active, we are invalid clients, they will not take care of us anymore!!!!!!!!!!!! We have wasted lots of time, and without internent, our life and work has been affected badly.... and now TALK TALK just behave like this with no responsibility, just wondering, what should we do??? How can we sue this horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Terrible service from talk talk, bad internet service and tv package, constant error message IPC6023, and no Sky channels, the customer service people have been unable to rectify the problem and the cancellation department in the UK, tell me I will have to pay up until November if I cancel early, yet I'm not getting the service I'm paying for, advice to others planning to get talk talk, don't bother, they are a really bad company that doesn't care about the customers.

    Thank God I found this website.
    I took a deal to switch to Talktalk a few days ago and started worrying straight away. Their call centre is a shambles, it's so noisey I and they had to repeat everything multiple times. They are completely stupid and dunb. When I told them my telephone line number to dheck if I could get broadband they said it did not exist. Realy? I said "We are talking on that line at this moment." - no reply. A few hours later I received an email saying "We've come across a problem getting your service up and running. Don't worry." I tried to log-in to my account when they email my password setup link. After I logged in "This page does not exist" 2 days later still nothing. I'm cancelling right now before they f*** up my existing broadband and cancel my D Debit.

    No stars at all for TalkTalk. The wifi connection is useless, 30 minutes to buffer something that lasts a second. You ring them, they spend forever troubleshooting. Will not call you back with what they've found. Always find nothing, do nothing. Pointless.

    I can not give any star as they are totally cheat. For the past 18 months...I have had lots of troubles. I have just cancelled as I have not been happy with their services. They are very clever in caching customers but can never provide a good service.

    Absolutely the worst product I have ever had the privilege of using. The customer support and tech are so useless. I wish i could give zero stars however not possible. I would recommend d you run, run far away from this company. Before signing up stick a needle into each eye and then ask yourself could you live with this pain daily as that what it feels like dealing with them.

    So rude customer service. Send a engineer a month before ends of contract. Lied i booked it. Later on lied engineer want from talktalk. San from customer service already put complaint for him. Rising voice for 56minutes of phone call. 25mb/s speed instead of 70 promised. Never again. I have back to sky. Thank god for that.

    Have been in dispute since October 2016, after 2 new routers (one a super router) today i an getting 1.7 Mbps while paying for super fibre (no fibre wire within a 1000 metres of my home), next door a BT customer on a basic package is getting a constant 9 Mbps from the same BT box,the customer service people are really good, at reading the script, something i now know myself by heart. sorry Talk Talk, who in my house are called Talk Rubbish, you really are the worst and i will be going as soon as possible . I have had a payment of £30 as a gesture :) joke.

    Probably the most frustrating customer service I've ever had to deal with. Very difficult to get a straight answer. Had to speak to 5 different people before I could find out if they had been given my contact details to other companies.

    Just dreadful customer service. Very polite but essentially did very little to get my internet sorted out over a 2 week period. In the end it was a simple admin task that resolved it as by luck I finally spoke with somebody who hit on the issue pretty much straight away - so why didn't this happen much earlier? Talk Talk are fine until you get a technical problem and then its hellish.The stress involved was considerable and frankly I never want to experience such frustration again. Even had significant difficulty getting them to credit the call out charge for an engineer who clearly wasn't needed in the first place, but was suggested by them!At the end of my contract I'm changing, preferably to a UK call centre based provider and having checked prices, clearly there are others who are just as keen.

    Not even worth 1 star less than 1mg. Worst provider.I have changed from them several times but Talk Talk have bought my new provider each time. Despite their name Talk Talk, they are the most difficult company to actually speak to.

    Absolute joke talk talk! Do not join with them. I signed a 18 month contract for 13.50 a month simply broadband I'm now paying 29.70 as they say in there terms and conditions they can up the price whenever they like I payed 2 months 13.50 then it went to 22.30 and now 29.70 and they are having none of it there offering fibre for 29.95 I'm paying 15p less there a rip of joke customer services is useless do not join!! I will never use these again I wouldn't mind but I signed up to this when it was being advertised on TV as a 18 month fixed contract but in the terms they can change the price wenever it suits them joke.

    They deserve no stars st all. E mail down again for the third time since the cyber attack.On the phone for nearly an hour today and still not fixed. Why can't the help centre be in this country.The helpline should be called the unhelpful line.

    Terrible. Just terrible. Worst internet service i have ever experienced. Customer service department is from abroad and have no clue of british law or how things work here at all, quite obvious they are reading from a sheet of paper. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!!!

    Absolute disgraceful service from Talk Talk. Getting less than 10mb (sometimes less than 1mb) on a 76 Fibre Line. Passed from one useless advisor to the next. and promised 2 callbacks, neither one being followed through on. Finally managed to get an engineer callout after threatening to cancel, and even then the closest one is 2 weeks away. Clueless staff who just read off a script and can barely understand my issue.

    I have been with Talk Talk about a year. Was offered a new, as sales team says, super fast router. However, in my opinion this router can't be described like this. Since installation, have systematic problems with connection and wifi signal - couldn't watch any videos and films, even you tube didn't work - simply didn't work. Bought a new router from a market known as TP-Link and which is much cheaper (£24) than Talk Talk "Super Fast" router (£79.99). Contacted customer service in regards to new router and they suggested to buy a router from them instead of buying it from the market. Moreover, they also refused to give a guide on how to install explaining that they do not know anything about it and company's router (Talk super fast router) is very simple and can be easily set up after delivery. Very disappointed with the customer service and inability of Talk Talk team to offer adequate solution to the problem!
    The router I bought is super fast indeed and simply fantastic! Moreover, it is much cheaper that Talk Talk router. Most importantly, I can now watch videos online.

    Were do I start false false selling.
    Moving to my new home I decided for ease to stick with Talk Talk ...Big big mistake engineer came and installed connection in hall way I pointed out that my TV was in the lounge and I couldn't and didn't want leads running across the door way due to risk of my young grandchildren tripping in my very small hallway.. Anyway engineer left with setting up the broadband, probably because it was impossible to connect to my TV from my hallway..So after a long drawn out call to Talk Talk I was was told I would have to pay 160 if I wanted the box moved..I declined and as I was still in time for the cancellation period I did just that..If only that was the end of my misery ,buy oh no .A week later I get a call from a guy saying he was a manager for talk to and why was I leaving.after going through this all again I was offered plug in signal boosters Worth 50+pounds free of charge and the offer 5o fix my contact for the term of contract for 21.50 well like a fool I agreed....What a mistake no signal booster arrived and after being kept on the phone for over a hour , past from 1 person to the next to be made out to be a liar and to finally be told it's not there concern and to be charged 29.99 for a service that is not what I signed for (total miss sold on lies)I want to warn others not to trust this lieing robbers and if they are miss sold contracts. to like me take it further with the ombasman.
    DONT let these lieing robbers get away with there force selling ....

    The worse broadband I’ve ever had in my life!!
    Paying a bill that doesn’t even work! I might aswell Just burn the money!! It’s an absolute joke and everytime I phone or chat to them they tell me it is working fine&there is nothing wrong with it. I’m sitting in my own house where the broadband is and I’m still using my own data! They have nothing to try and fix it “ because it’s working perfect “ aye right. It all started off if I was on my phone my partner couldn’t be on his phone. It only working on one phone at a time. You couldn’t watch videos or download anything now it just doesn’t work at all! I’ll be changing my broadband and I’ll be making sure to tell my family and friends to not as much as even think about getting use. Joke joke jokeee!

    worst broadband in my entire life feels like I'm back on dial up. spoken to support multiple times and have not got anywhere, would rather put Lego bricks in my shoes for 18 months, more enjoyable than being locked in a contract with talk talk

    I honestly don't know where to begin with my review, other then saying Talktalk are beyond the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They let a man who was imprisoned for stalking me change my router name to I was a slapper, then without my permission continued my contract when it ended and over charged me, when I was previously paying £45 for the standard package, they put it up to £79 a month. They also have called me by the name of Tina on more then one occasion, leave me on hold for hours then cut me off, and I cannot seem to get through to the correct department to cancel this terrible part time working service I pay over the odds for. My review is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    Absolutely awful. Completely disgusted at their service, always keeps hanging up in the middle of the conversation. Everytime I call, they hang up. Service is so slow, my kids can't even watch a three minute video without stopping it to let it buffer atleast 180 times. Doing their homework on this awful internet is hopeless. Utterly disgusted.

    Awful. Broadband spped is pitiful - can you believe a upload speed of 300 Kb/s ( yes, I do mean Kilobits ) and download of anywhare between 4 Mb/s and 10 Mb/s ?
    Customer services is based in India and some personnel are impossible to understand. They send text messages saying that they will ring at specific time slots and then they don't call.
    Absolutely APPALLING. I can't wait for my contract to end so I get some other provider.

    I give them 0 ratings for everything coz that's what They deserve.
    Got a call a month ago saying "yr internet will go off in 2 hours coz yr internet is being hacked. So follow these instructions on yr laptop, then type in Teamview" ( then they will be able to control my laptop remotely) I cut the call when I realised what they were trying to do. Since then I've been getting these calls every week & I cut the calls while they're still talking. Def terminating my contract.
    The WORST customer service I've ever experieced!!!! Very rude and clueless. Does anyone from Talktalk ever read these complaints.
    Stay away from Talktalk.

    We’ve been miss-treated through a case of ‘slamming’, multiple phone calls later and accumulating over 6 hours of call time and there is still no response or rectification of the matter, we have logged and documented all the phone calls we have made with no response from your poor customer service team which have hung up on us on two occasions. Both our telephone and internet connection has been cut, our new phone line no longer belongs at our address and we rely on both our phone line and internet connection for our business. We accept that we have been miss-fortunate but the annoying factor is that not one member of the Talk Talk team is willing to help the matter. We have paid our line rental up front for the year as well as paying £11.50 a month which is also up to date so we have absolutely no reason to change provider which is absolutely ludicrous, it has been done without our consent and has caused major inconvenience for our household and our business. If the matter is not immediately rectified we are fully prepared to write numerous letters to Ofcom and take the matter further, we will also use various social media channels to make others aware. This is by far the worst case of customer service we have both witnessed. We have spoken to the occupants who now ‘obtain’ our house number and they stress it is extremely inconvenient for themselves.

    All we ask is to be re-connected to our phone line and internet and to speak to someone that is actually willing to help. I will say again, we have not changed service provider and have been miss-treated, it is definitely a case of ‘slamming’, somebody somewhere has made an error. A comprehensive response would be much appreciated.
