    It is an awful service..i wish i could never sign up with them.. They have keep liying to me that they've sent ober the router which never arrived at my home..after two weeks talking with them every day for an hour to get the router i decided to cancel the account without any charge as advised.. This happened in April and after two months i received a final demand of outstanding amount of 61 pounds,one day after i have received a letter from agency to chase for an outstanding amount of £271, i forgot to mention that i have never received bills from them as i have never used their services..they are trying to steal money from people..the costumer service minus 10, they do not know how to speak.. I have joined Sky and i am very happy..

    Can not rate this company could not get the system up and running. Kept getting put on hold promised a engineer to turn up lost days pay as did not turn up. Then had the cheek to charge me. Only got small amount back.

    In the words of comic book man, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
    Customer service is abysmal, the broadband connection is atrocious, and their engineers haven't got a clue! Hence why BT are always called to actually fix the problems. If you're hesitant whether to choose talk talk or not, please know that there is not a single part of talk talk which is good. Don't be fooled by the price etc, 1 million percent not worth it! can't even cancel without paying stupid money!

    broadband reliability,constant buffing.
    they must be that desprate to keep customers they offered me £20.00 to what an insult i said even if you offered me £1000 i wouldnt come back to you,since i told them i was leaving them,i cant get rid of them,constantly phoning me.i cant wait to see the back of talktalk,they told me i could get full fibre as its in my area,so i said yes they came to my home drill a hole through my wall only 90min later i cant do it theres a fault outside he left and left all the cable on the pavement unfinished,2days later 2 men from openreach had to come out again and re-do the whole job thats how bad the first job was done.so i called talktalk i was wanting to find out how long it would be before i went live on line,180min later i got told you dont have fibre in your area,its impossible to speak to someone who can speak english even the manager. thats the best thing ive done leaving talktalk i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.avoid them if you can youll have nothing but hassel trust me!

    Big problems with connections ,very very slow internet,but the worths of all custumer service. The minimum speed they promise is 10mb I had about 2mb!!!!! They said that to fix it ,it will take 30 days but I still have to pay for that superrrr slow internet...

    Worse company ever, regret going near them. Customer service rude unhelpful and can only just speak English (despite being told before signing up the call centres were UK based). Only interested in finding ways of taking your money. Internet is appalling so basically paying for nothing, will be moving..

    I have cancelled my contract with talktalk on the 12th of SEPTEMBER, however I keep getting threatening emails, that if I won't pay my bill in full it will be took to court, even though I have a cancellation number in my hands right now! They have said my account has been closed but it hasn't. Whatever you do PLEASE don't go to this provider for broadband or any other enquiries! It is by far the worst company I had to deal with!

    Talk talking is RUBBISH. Broadband is SLOW and I need to reset the router every couple of days. The you view box is just as bad. I get failed recordings quite a lot and it resets itself halfway through a programme which ruins the entertainment. The telephone service Is pretty good BUT on the whole TALK TALKING is RUBBISH I only stay with them because we have another 18 months of contract to go. I cannot WAIT to go to a BETTER supplier.

    I’ve just moved over to NOW for my broadband I was with talktalk I was getting 1.5 - 2.7 mps for faster fibre contract since November according to them there was nothing wrong at there end and I would need an engineer to come to my home at my cost ....
    Today I’m getting 62.65 mps from now without an engineer visiting TalkTalk will soon be out of business treating there customers so poorly they charged me for finishing early but gave me no rebate on my package for very poor service
    I just wish I could attach my speed check graph history on here to just let you all see
    Hopefully no more hours on the phone repeating myself several times between customer service reps ....my biggest hate

    Do Not even bother..I was Dumped by Virgin media ( landline & Broadband) & after one Ok phone call in the uk. I them had a nightmare when I move ..all calls to the Philippines, they had no idea what I was talking about when I needed a new line putting in . I had weeks of waiting although there was a socket on the wall. I had many calls every day, for weeks and weeks. The worst utility provider I have EVER used and now they have had a Cyber attack . Don't bother is all I can say .

    Rubbish.... I renewed with allegedly faster fibre, guaranteed 35mb it’s been 3 weeks and it’s never passed 19mb, engineer booked to visit between 9-12 so I took Unpaid leave...at 12:09 I called talk talk to be told he was running late and had tried to call me, when I challenged them on some evidence of his call they then changed the story to “ oh it’s ok he doesn’t need access to your property I informed them he was supposed to be checking the router and therefore Would need access to the house, I have demanded some compensation for my time off work as I was told if I cancelled a visit I would be charged! So I see no reason it shouldn’t work both ways. I have another visit booked for today between 12-3 I am not holding my breath. I have called this morning to make sure the engineer is coming they said yes

    Never, ever, ever use this company. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and it took me ten months to get anywhere. I hear now they have been hacked. I'm wondering if some of their dissatisfied customers have managed to hack them!! Considering there are so many my thought is not entirely beyond the realms of logic. I'm very sorry for the customers affected but Talk Talk , in my opinion, have been asking for this.

    What a waste of money!! Never experienced such a bad service from any other providers! Thought I would be saving money by switching wish I hadn't bothered. Broadband is constantly going off, engineer has been here in the last month now waiting on another to call as it's gone off again. Not even worth rating any stars!!!!

    I have now been with talktalk for approx 3 /4 weeks, having before been with sky for 5 years, virgin for 18 months with no problems, now I get problems every day, everything so slow ( which I did expect)but for 2 weeks having to reset my router every day, if I am at home its 2 to 3 times a day. The worst thing is I have had a Home automation system installed, with Sonos & and internet music library which cost thousands and now it never works until I re-boot my router! There online help is always busy with other callers (I am not surprised!)
    they answer the telephone quite quick, but always go through the same questions, then they always say we will check your system and can you call back on a mobile phone. why should I have to pay for this when it something that is there fault?. Changing to TalkTalk is the worst most stressful thing I have ever done. People be warned, do not fall into the trap of cheaper internet, I would rather pay 3 times as much than have all this agro every day. In fact I have been in touch with virgin an enquired about going back with them, and I am at the stage that don't really care if TalkTalk will not let me cancel!

    Nobody at my address has ever been a talk talk customer but still I get bills for a mystery woman through my door. Five years ago I complained for the first time but still they came. I complained again but no change. After the third time i complained a TV box turned up. Today I have spent over an hour on hold, been hung up on by four different idiots and been repeatedly lied to by talk talk reps and achieved nothing. I'll start saving up all the talk talk stuff I get now and send it back to them with no postage.
    Never would i even consider taking any services from such a fifth rate company.

    3 months with the WiFi not working... 9 phone calls... passed on to 7 different people on one call! Couldn't use the WiFi but still got charged (We refused to pay for a service we weren't getting!!) 4 live chats later and another call we were promised a call back... Didn't happen! Eventually got through again and got sent a new box... worked for 1 week! We have now been without wifi for 2 weeks. We both work from home and can't which makes our business suffer! We have had to pay out for more data plus all the money lost on the calls which apparently we would get compensation for... hasn't happened! Phoned again and online chat again for 2 hours last week to be told it will work in half an hour... that was just to get us off the phone! Was promised a call after 3 days it's now been 8! I've written on their Facebook page 3 times and been ignored! Worst service ever! Somebody get back to us or we will be seeking legal advice!!

    Talk talk are an utter utter joke. Was cut off for three weeks, got charged £54 for the pleasure. They get foreign staff to ‘talk’ you thru any problems. Can’t understand a word they say so you get frustrated and end the call with no resolve as far as they are concerned they have done what they needed. Non existent call backs. Even standing by the router the signal is in and out. Very very very poor.

    Biggest mistake ever was to go for this crappy provider. It's taken them 4 months to get my broadband running at a speed of 4.5 mbps in an area where the average speed is 47.6mbps, and insist that this is acceptable. Then this absolute prick of a manager named Joel calls me and tries to pull the wool over my eyes with a load of bs and he really, really pissed me off. I'm considering paying the £140.00 early termination just to get the hell out of this nightmare company my daughter signed me up for. Whatever you do, do NOT even think about Talk Talk, the worst ever provider on the planet.

    DON'T go on to TalkTalk whatever you do. I have given them 1 star because there are no minus marks available. I have been told so many conflicting stories I am reporting them to Ofcom.
    I ordered the above package and got a letter saying Go-Live date for phone and broadband for 16/1/15. I had told them I didn't have an external areal and they said that was O.K. but I wouldn't get Freeview, which we never watch anyway.
    The gear arrived and BT even replaced the line that had been severed by Virgin. When I tried connecting nothing worked and I was told by TalkTalk when I contacted them that go live was 19/1!
    On 28/1 I rang them to get their TV Plus package. On 2/2/15, not having received my TV box, I rang them only to be told that the order had not been placed. I ordered again and was promised by their agent that everything was alright and he guaranteed that he would place the order immediately.
    On 6/2 rang them to find out where the box was. I was again told that it hadn't been ordered. They then said that because I didn't have an external areal.
    I told them to cancel the order but the agent in that department said that there should be no problem getting the TV On Demand via the Internet. I was then put through to Customer Loyalty and spoke to guy called James who was very helpful, confirming I can get TV coverage, via the Internet. I was passed back to Customer Services who said I must have an areal.
    This kept going on. I rang them on 11/2 only to be told the box still hadn’t been sent. I was put through I made my 5th call to them to find out about the TV package and was told, yet again that the order had not gone through.
    I have spoken to a Manager called Tasha who said everything was o.k. and a lady called Myers who informed me that she is the top person there and I would definitely get the TV box. If I had any problems, she would always be available to talk to me. She wasn’t!. I’ve also spoken to a Moses, Andrew and Nancy. They all gave conflicting information and promised I could get a box. All lies.
    Fortunately, I recorded the most of the calls.

    I am not gonna give even one star to these ratings. The talktalk customer service literally 'SUCKS'!
    I Switched to to TalkTalk and I was told I would have gone live on the 27th. Guess what happened? On the 27th nothing happened. And I get this text where they tell us there is a delay with my order and have to hear from thembla bla bla. Alright. Can happen. I wait 2 days and call them because I seriously need the connection to get my work done. And the lady who's supposed to helping me tell me that there's something wrong with cables and stuff and I have to wait 48 hours for the engineer to come and change it. 48 hours and 2 days more (that makes it 4 days) I call them and they tell me the same thing over again. Why set a go live day when you can't keep up to that.

    If there was an option for 0 stars on customer service, I'd have chosen that. TalkTalk are just the worst, they've overcharged me, been extremely rude to me and wouldn't do a thing to help out a customer.

    There entire customer service team are offshore, there English is far from good - apart from when you call them to set up a TalkTalk account with them, then they're the nicest, most informative company ever. As soon as you have a problem they put you through to the rudest, most unhelpful person they could possible find. The "managers" aren't much better either. Took me a very long time talking to one delinquent saying I want to speak to a manager but he didn't want me to. As soon as I got through to this "manager" he seemed like the most unhappy man ever, he was just as rude as the rest of them.

    Despite being in consistently long phone calls with them, after me explaining I'm at work. They still tended to offer me more rubbish services - bearing in mind I was calling up regarding a dreadful service.

    I'm pretty sure there's not a single brain cell that works for the entire company.

    NEVER sign up for TalkTalk, unless you enjoy - bad customer service, paying more than you should be and slow internet speeds.

    0/10 on all counts. Utterly appalling service, I have never had such poor service from anywhere in my life. Customer service is non existent.
    I was forced on to TT when Virgin sold out: Virgin were appalling but TT are considerably worse. They increased the monthly cost of the broadband without informing me and initially refused to listen to my complaint. Eventually after months of trying I was refunded the overcharge but the price was then put back to the higher amount.
    Download and upload speeds are utterly appalling and that is when the service is working which is not very often. 3G 1 bar is often considerably faster than TT broadband in the same room as the router. My advice is to avoid TT at all costs.
    My new BT broadband starts tomorrow!

    Disgusting customer service, always foreign and don't understand. They made it nearly impossible for me to cancel after a year. I was bounced around different people who said, 'they couldn't do it' or 'I've reached the wrong number'...

    The speed was never what was advertised m but the refused to believe 'my' test results because 'their' results were fine. When I requested to see these results they said they couldn't send it.

    Worst company ever! Stay away from Talk talk talk. Even though the basic rate is low, the internet itself is very slow and unreliable. Furthermore they charged me twice with engineer costs, which were promised to be free, which made me pay £ 130 on top. FRAUDULENT COMPANY with a very bad customer service!!!

    If you want to get talktalk broadband make sure you agree the minimum guaranteed speed as you maximum speed because this is what it is gonna be. Horrible bufferbloat, connection is not balanced, so many ups and downs.. Even with a DD-WRT router perfectly setup it's difficult to keep smothness in the connection because of poor quality. Customer service are uselees, not qualified for anything better than follow steps and "speak" so, no any technical support at all, pretty useless.

    please do not use this provider. 4 days worth of a combined 7 hours on the live chat speaking to advisors and problems recognising the account when calling the helpline. first engineer unable to install the eero router after failing to connect to the wifi, second engineer passed around talk talk and eero customer service for 2 hours before losing the will. cancelled the contract 4 days after attempted installation, with all of 0 mbps of data used. easiest process of the lot was to cancel. completely useless, just go to sky or bt

    Absolutely terrible!! I would give them a 0 if I could. We were moving house, I moved our service to our new house saying that we would need an engineer. We got to the new house and we received emails stating we wouldn't need an engineer. Waited two weeks until the official start date of broadband and nothing worked. Long story short we called over 4 times to try and fix our broadband but nothing was fixed. we would be transferred constantly! We decided to just cancel with them and go with another company since it had been over a month in the house and still no broadband yet they expected us to pay for it. Fast forward 2 months, I am still getting billed even though I have called TalkTalk several times to ensure that everything is cancelled. They always say that it is in the system yet everytime I call I have to explain to them exactly why I am calling. They don't read the notes about the account nor do they care. They also just transfer you mid-conversation if they don't think you are speaking to the right team. Avoid talktalk at all costs. They are the worst broadband company.

    The worst customer service ever. They at rubbish and rude. They never sort your problems out. You never understand what they are saying. I spent 57 minutes on the phone and after soaking to 11 different customer service advisors they were still unable to order my free SIM card for my mobile. Absaloutly unbelievable. They are very very rude and rubbish. Never ever go to talk talk. Save your self the headache. I wish I had never gone to them. Rubbish rubbish rubbish rubbish rubbish.

    I can even mark talk talk an this chart system as there does not seem to be a minus 10, we have land line and Internet services for my mother as she is disabled and on medication and on top of all that made a widow 1 yr ago. This is when I noticed the phone line did not work properly, talk talk were made aware of the situation and asked to be fixed as my mother was vulnerable and it was dangerous to leave her without contact. This is now one year on and I'm still waiting on the problem to be solved. Today I had enough and asked for the services to be cancelled as we paid them over £400.00 for the services over the last year and my mother was still in the same dangerous position, so you can understand I was taken aback when they told me if I cancelled I would be charged £49 odds cancelation fee after a year of paying for services we hadn't been getting in the first place. Ile let you work out yourself what this company is like. Praying on vulnerable old people threatening with charges when all they are trying to do is stay safe. I bet none of these people would allow it to happen to there own mother. Should be ashamed of themselves.
