    It pains me to have to give any stars at all!!! In the 3 years that I’ve had the misfortune to be a customer, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the reliability of the broadband. On top of that there’s the cheeky price hikes and the problem with engineers not turning up. Trying to resolve an issue is a nightmare, and speaking to someone on the phone - well, no chance. Avoid at all costs! Even if Talk Talk are the last providers on earth, go back to snail mail, magazines even chisel and slate if you have to! Just don’t get stuck in this hell!!

    Horrendous customer service from this company. Reported a fault with the internet, they checked it and confirmed the fault. Engineer came out and said no fault. They closed the case. I reopened the case, they checked the line and confirmed the fault, another engineer to be sent out. I’m now trying to cancel my contract with them as they aren’t providing an internet service so why am I paying. 1h 29 mins so far on the phone passed from pillar to post. Saying I need to pay a cancellation fee even though they aren’t fulfilling their part of our contract! Absolute joke! I’ve now been sent to the tech dept then the retentions dept then back to the tech dept and now apparently I’m being transferred to the correspondence team! Avoid Talk Talk at all costs! Awful company.

    Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They disconnected my service after migrating me from Shell broadband. 2 hours on the phone to their utterly useless helpdesk and still no nearer a resolution.

    Discussing how you can never get through to them then you have fibre optic broadband which half the time doesn't work at 40 per month for only 54mb then to cancel they just give you a hefty bill and keep you on the phone for ages on hold. Disgusting customer services

    Internet doesn’t work very well. Very poor connection. We were not able to use internet for a few days. We reported this problem and asked for a help. Customer service representative kept saying that internet was good enough (even if tests were showing poor results for uploads approx 4 and downloads approx 10). They only offered us additional equipment to upgrade our router for extra money to improve service. We asked for a refund, because of that poor connection. They said they would give us a refund, but instead of that they extended our contract for additional 24 months! I raised an official complain. As a result they sent a service guy to our house. Guy came and said that everything was OK with a connection. They mentioned that there were some problems few days back but everything was sorted out. Now I can see in my bill that I was charged 75 gbp for it… without being informed in advanced. This company is really bad. Somebody should audit it. I feel cheated.

    We were talktalk customers 15 years ago and had a lot of problems with them that were only resolved with intervention at the highest level basically they chad a system that was targeted for the convenience of the business and not the customer.
    Fifteen years later bt give us a broadband quote as an existing customer that is very high we hear the spiel from the company new owners, new CEO new business model and decide to give them second chance. With them a month three failures still no working internet. Comments from customer service include we have followed our system, couriers don’t work weekends, business is business. Same old attitude, same lack of service no change over 15 years. I guess you get what you pay bt an expensive working service, talktalk a cheap nonexistent service. Where does this kind of culture originate from?

    Been with talktalk 3 years they fitted fast fiber at my property then arranged a new payment plan but didn't cancel the old one.

    They took a double payment so I cancelled the old direct debit.

    Few motlnths later the sent me letters saying they have not received any payments for 3 months and that debt collectors were involved.

    I sent bank statements through tonprove I have not missed any payments but still got no where with customer service.

    They have impacted my credit score and put it down as missed payments. Still having to pay double every month.

    My advice is stay away from this company they are a disgrace.

    The worst broadband company ever! Do not make the same mistake I did and join some other company, whatever pound you can save with them it will not be worth it. I had been for mora than a year with constant drops in my internet, I reported this and said that it was very likely the router starting to fail. The would just make me go round in circles doing some very time consuming diagnostics for nothing, as not until the router was fully gone and had no internet for 2 days they wouldn't agree to send me a new one. Not only this, but they said they would send and engineer to fix it to then discover this was never booked so one day without internet became 3 days. After this I said I would leave TalkTalk and move to another company, they managed to convince me to stay and said that there is this special "loyalty number" I could call for now on where they just send you a new router without barely asking anything. This I thought was incredible, as apparently, they do discriminate between their own clients. They make you go through a very long, unnecessary and impossible to stand process when you have internet issues, but then if you have threatened then to leave they give you this "fast track" number to get things done quickly. Why no just give a nice service ane costumer service in the first place is you hace been a loyal costumer from the beginning? Why have to suffer what I had to suffer of a whole year with constantly dropping line, 3 days of no internet and so much wasted time in the phone for costumer service? But the unprofessional attitude of this company doesn't end here The router was replaced and I had internet for literally 2 days before the router started failing again and then had no internet once more, my guess, this replacement router wasn't new and was a second hand or repaired one. I said that was it and was going to switch companies once and for all as this was not acceptable. I called this loyalty number to report the issue and the answer from the lady was "I can send you a new router right now if you stay with us if not I need to pass you with normal costumer service and have to go through the whole process again to get a new router", amazing. I refused to stay with them as this was now becoming something of a joke, so I had to be on the phone 1 whole hour during working hours and is the only times you can call and argue quite badly (otherwise it would have been 2h on the phone) to get a new router sent. They finally agreed to book me an engineer to replace the router for the next day, and this appointment was cancelled by them few hours before the appointment on a Saturday so I had to wait all weekend with no internet until a nee appointment on Monday. This is absolutely unbelievable. This whole things has caused my levels of stress and anxiety to go off the roof. Bad service, really cheap dodgy hardware and the most unbelievably unprofessional costumer service to. PLEASE, DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS PEOPLE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND MENTAL HEALTH.

    ⚠️Worst broadband in uk⚠️
    I was customer by last 12yrs and I payed £52per/m for 14mb/s - 1,4mb/s of real speed. Customer service doesn't work. I feel cheated after so many years. Many times in day is disconecction so makes me a lot of problems when working on computer...
