    Absolutely a joke didn’t turn up on the day/time they were suppose to, called for 3days and not one person could give me an answer so they cancelled my order. What a joke and to call them is another level of silly. Avoid

    Have very much improved in the last 5 years. Customer service is absolutely faultless. We were having significant speed issues turns out it was down to a problem with Openreach which they promptly identified and rectified within 24 hours. I have had 0 issues since and that was years ago.

    Absolutely terrible, the wifi worked for about a month, then poof starts cutting out every hour, I'm not even joking, one second talking to a friend, next I'm sitting here with no wifi, definitely not the device since it's brand new and been working fine before talktalk, in a nutshell, its the worst provider ive seen in a while.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY! Awful experience, rude customer assistants, You will call to seek help and they will talk over you and not let you explain your situation.
    Never known anything like it, I have cancelled my contract and suggest others who are thinking of joining go elsewhere!

    Just dont bother, i never got the prepaid mastercard which i was promised, slow useless website, complete wast of time, thank god my contract is ending

    Managers will not take calls. GDPR guidelines and laws broken. Do not use unless you wish to become a victim of fraud.

    Rubish hardley ever have a signal told us we would receive money back had weeks without internet or wouldn’t have to pay next bill didn’t get neither constantly sending letters out saying couldn’t take direct debit when money been taking worse providers I’ve ever had poor internet and poor customer skills

    Absolutely awful company, shocking customer service. Only use if you're prepared to spend half the time on the phone to them due to problems. They will give you a scheduled call block time and then not call, they will give you an appointment to fix the Internet and not show up. They will turn up when interne5s working well and say there was a reported issue, which after they have finished working on leaves you with no Internet, despite it working fine before their visit.
    After spending hours on the phone they will promise £10 compensation and then never deliver. Rude staff. Terrible experience. Feel so unvalued as a customer. AVOID!!!!

    Just install the internet on Friday, last only 4 days I can believe it. I try reach out to them from their website, and ran diagnostic. No body work at night. Online chat os close, telephone is close on midnight. But their website said 365 day 24/7 support is fake. Trace route show I can’t reach to the gateway. I will try refund if this not fixed till tomorrow morning before 10am.

    never used them but they stole my money. this company needs to be looked into as they are scammer. now they are playing stupid and wont give me a refund. bunch of scammers. STAY AWAY
