    Dreadful customer service, changed my plan without authority. Line faults were attended by sub contractors who had not got a clue. Blocked my phone line for no reason and they could not explain, be prepared for customer service calls to take hours and hours to get a negative response

    I was setting up broadband on line with Talk Talk, i picked a package £27 a month that included a £100 amazon voucher. half way through i was promted to "upgrade" to the amazon package wich included a new 4 gen speaker. i believed i was being offered this and the voucher for an extra charge of £5. However i later found out that the speaker was only worth £40 so losing £60 worth of benifits and paying an extra £5 a month for the pleasure. now talk talk are refusing even to send me my speaker saying they have no record of the offer. Do not use this company - i am now stuck in a contract and overpaying for the privlage - please stay away from these crooks

    I have the record for one of my problems 30 hours on the phone,it was actually more,, i now have tinitus, after 20 years i know all the sly moves, everyone knows about them, some have left and had to pay massive bills to get rid of the nightmare, they are all liars, and TalkTalk had to pay 200 Million for plundered accounts, they were fined a pittance of 4 million, so your account is in poverty stricken Countries, the indian call center seems to be gone now, all these call centers have had to pay back millions, they keep it under cover, i leave very little in my bank account, your money is safer under your matress, beware of all foreign call centers, you can knock on the companies door here, bot not thousands of miles away, watch BT, they will sign you up with a posh English voice, then when you want help, lol, yes you guessed it, if your the nervous type stay away, you may end up in a Mental Hospital, you might find that changing your mind on joining will cost you, leaving can be expensive, you never warned them and never gave your 30 days notice, or, there is a charge for a paper bill, the list is endless, NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    I have been with this company many years. As of late I have had a need to contact them over an issue with their mail service. ALL my folders were wiped clean including some important files I needed. Over the last 7 weeks despite my using their Chat (Joke) i have emailed them & done the dreaded phone call on 3 occasions. Each call lasting over 1 hour & ALL to no avail?? Their customer service is a complete joke & would be laughable if it wasn't so infuriating! I have had enough of this incompetent untrained agents & come my renewal ---I will be leaving this service for good!

    Absolutely terrible, WiFi never worked awful customer service, when trying to sort issues with the service they hang up on you or move you from place to place no one actually helping. Wouldn’t use them again if you paid me

    Awful company - we have now been without internet for 3 weeks, both my partner and I work from home and have been out of work for 3 weeks due to this!!! No support was given, appalling customer service... each time I call, it cuts out. Each time I email, they apologise but do nothing about it. Will never go with this company again, they have caused me so much stress these past 3 weeks. Severely lacking in communication and customer service skills! Steer well clear of this provider.

    Where do I start? I have been with talktalk for many years, last year had daily disconnections, sometimes, unable to connect at all, 3 weeks waiting for an engineer who never showed up or even bother to call, what did this disgusting company do? They ACTUALLY PENALIZED me not once but TWICE, I am one of the "vulnerable " customers they always claim to prioritise, having a heart condition, what a joke, all lies, they screwed mw in every way possible, left me for months with crap connection, stole from me for the engineer not showing you, lied to me again and again, I explained my stituation on talktalk forum for everyone to read, not one single person from talktalk apologized or offered to help, I did get an email from an employee of CEO office by the name of Mucklin promising she would do her best to resolve the matter, all lies, only she had NO INTENTION of doing anything but she gave a contact number knowing full well she had absolutely no intention of talking to me, I called her numerous times, left so many messages, not a single reply, everytime I called her I had to listen to her voice recording that "her priority is vulnerable customers" she was saying this with a straight face while crapping on one, THIS IS TALKTALK, THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT VUNERABLE CUSTOMERS, not only that but she actually complained that I was sending too many emails, she was crapping on me and she wanted me to keep my mouth shut to make HER life easier so she doesn't even do the job she is getting paid for, you couldn't make it up, never ever have I experienced such evil for any company before, NEVER, even cowboys would be ashamed but not talktalk, god knows how many times it was named by Ofcom as the most complained about provider in the UK, but they don't care, the CEO is Tristia Harrison, don't expect any help from her, she doesn't give a s***, she is sitting pretty and laughing all the way to the bank, no one cares about the customers, "vulnerable customers" get crapped on, I curse the day I chose them as my provider, I urge customers who have been treated to review them on Trustpilot.
    If this is the way they treat vulnerable customers god help their healthy ones, unless you experience this yourself you would NEVERbelieve that a company in the uk can behave like that, it is THE COMPANY FROM HELL.
    I left this disgusting company recently, they assured me at the time I would continue to be able to access my talktalk email address after I left, more lies, almost certainly deliberately they deleted my email, I can only access the last 14 days, it wasn't enough what they put me though I had to be punished some more, I explained to them that I have health issues and that I need to be able to access my emails and that I was paying extra for this, but those callous people don't care one bit, no reply from them.

    Signed up for 100mb/s download speed and pay a fairly reasonable price for it. That is, if the wifi was anything like the 60mb/s guarantee. Every time I have run a speed test in the month since I got it, the speed has been more like 10mb/s and that's without the constant cutouts
