It's dire. Worse than the old dial up systems. Oh, it's gone offline again! Oh it's back now. Better post whilst I still have access to Vodafones mobile broadband network

Absolute Scam if you are going tot ake the 30 day rolling contract. They will charge you for another 30days "notice" so you would have to cancel the contract the moment you started!
Customer service not interested at all to help and they just repeat garbage back over and over.
DO NOT BUY THE 30 Day rolling contract .... SCAM.... Slow speed

Hmm, notice I posted on 21 April! I don't normally do reviews, but Vodafone mobile broadband has deteriated. 10 minutes to open an email, if I can obtain a connection. I no longer find it a useable service, it's possible another area of the country may be ok. It's dire, rather like my mobile phone in 1993

Sorry Vodafone. The actual mobile connection here is pretty good, but the mobile broadband is shocking! Generally it varies between 0.5Mb and 3Mb and often drops out all together. Let's face it, that's pathetic. And what on earth could the excuse be? We can see the telephone mast right at the bottom of the valley! If you wasn't the only provider in this area I would have cancelled this contract long ago.

When it works it's ok'ish. But after 12 years using mobile broadband (Nb. My former supplier doesn't cover my current living location), I'll have to arrange a landline type connection. Vodafone is ok'ish when it works, very unreliable

Complete disaster. Coverage is spotty and inconsistent. Doing well if we get 100-300 Kbps. For €60 a month you'd expect a bit more. Usually now we just tether off our tesco mobile which is much better. What really irritates me is that it's completely impossible to speak to a rep or anyone at Vodafone about it. For that kind of money you'd at least expect to be able to express your frustration. But they'd rather everyone just left their poor reviews here I guess.

I needed a data roaming option that covered me in Singapore, Australia and the USA for 2 months. After researching the best options and then going into my local Vodafone store for advice, the Mifi mobile hot-spot device and Global Roaming Plus 5 GB of data sim card seemed like the best choice.
However, I only successfully got the device to work once during the 2 months I was away. The signal light was constantly on red and it always said there was no network on my device even when in city centres. Only once did the light go green and connect to a local network, even then I couldn’t get any internet to work on my phone. I only used 89 MB out of the 15 GB I paid for. In the 3 different continents and numerous places I tried to use it I couldn’t even get close to a useable connection.
Overall this cost me over £110 (including the cost of the device which I will clearly never use again given the lack of signal). I am aware that is the cost of the contract which I signed up but for this price I gained no service. I managed to send one email to a hotel about my stay! Every-time I had no wifi and needed directions, train timetables, use of google maps etc (this is what I had bought the Mifi for!) I had to use mobile data on my phone instead (not with Vodafone) and that cost me a fortune - which was exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place.
