I'm coming to the end of 18 month contract and can't wait to leave. My main gripe is the pathetic wifi signal and lack of ports with the router. Also fed up with Internet dropping out. I don't bother calling about it because customer service leave a lot to be desired and it eventually comes back. I could live with that but not the rubbish router. Bradband speed OK most of the time.

Keeps cutting out. Huge pain, especially as I use the internet for work.
It’s Christmas Day and I simply would like some downtime and to watch a film on Netflix. I’ve had no luck today or for the last few days.
I input my problem online and I guess I’ll call after the Xmas break to get it sorted, but I’m actually hoping it may start working again.

They do not tell you that you must have the phone from the same provider as your previous provider. Mine were two different companies and they cancelled my order without telling me. VERY bad customer service

An absolute disgrace of an organisation. Even though it is well publicised on the news that there is a postal strike, this company didn’t take it into account when sending out the new routers for new customers. Unwilling to help, Royal mail claimed that they haven’t even got the router and most of the stuff here are so rude it is untrue. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Avoid these idiots at all costs. Don't do direct debit so you pay by card and they keep taking extra payments. Contacting customer service is a joke.

I was a bit concerned have read some of the reviews but my experience has been fine. Cutover went well with the Now router service up straight after the old service died at 1200 on cutover date. No experience of he billing cycle as yet

Switched to them using Uswitch for Broadband & TV
Five days after switch still have no phone or internet. I work from home and it just a disaster.
Can’t get anywhere with the call centre.
Nightmare.

So bad with the outage yesterday and no information about it until today. No apologies, Also they are underhand in tricking people into extending contracts to reduce prices they have mandatory increased. I’ll never trust them again and am leaving to go elsewhere. I hate them !

I applied for 36mb Now broadband and anytime calls advertised on Uswitch for £25 a month, instead I got pay as you go calls at £26 a month, my first month cost £70:65 second month cost £54:12 I am very disappointed with there response I cannot get a refund.

avoid them, I was scammed by over £200, very poor customer service and their telephony staff yelled at me at two ocassions. I booked a broadband installation with NowTV, waited for a month, engineers came over and said that there is no line they can use so they can't connect and advised to get different provider i.e virgin, as there was virgin line. They assured me that I don't need to do anything and they will let billings team now and my account will be cancelled and installation fee refunded. They never cancelled my account and kept charging my card every month without any authorisation, I've cancelled direct debit straight away and they still kept charging my card, becauise they had card details. I've called to log a complaint, telephony guy said that their company has no complaints department whatsoever so it's impossible. I asked him why their website has whole complaints page and ability to log a written complaint? They said i'm making this up as they don't deal with complaints at all.. Assured me that broadband is cancelled. TWo months later I am still being charged.. No standing orders or direct debit, they are making unauthorised charges to my card directly because they have the details.. I have logged a complaint on their website, it promised 3 weeks response-resolution. 2 months later, no response. I called their telephony to cancel again, just to get yelled at by a girl, saying that i should stop making up the complaint story, as they dont have complaints team and there is nowhere to log a complaint, and that my services are fully active lol
Worst company ever, avoid! Seems like if you get any issues they will never resolve them.

So simple you would think change to these clowns No.
Problem line active on the 5/08/22 so the big question when do they send the box the 4th NO the 5th ,my wife was in on the 3rd and 4th.i have never had such a complete mess up changing broadband .
As no one is in yep they can't leave anywhere or next door no I have had to pay more money to get it Saturday .
Which also means everything in the house is offline .worst of all CCTV .well the count down is on 12 months and your history .
reading a few of the reviews.i should of taken note and used someone else .
Thanks for messing up such an easy thing to do switch broadband .

Getting support is impossible. Customer care is just not what they do. If you need help the BOT takes you in a circular journey and then the pages fail.
Getting a human to speak to followed a 40 minute wait time and was then cut off. Just avoid like the plague is my advice.

No contact phone numbers (that work)so no one to contact; so no customer services = they don't really want customers; as seemingly wrong information on their web pages there's no way of clarifying.

I'll definately be changing after contract up. Yes great value but i dont like the way they dont let you pay direct debit. My broadband totally off from this morning nothing from them on their website twitter fb disgrace. Yes its different these days covid 19 but not hard put out something just let customers know

Had the internet just over a year, was on BT the past 10 or so years. BT internet would usually disconnect around 12-2AM at night likely to perform maintenance, this never happens with NOWTV which is always good when your in a competitive gaming match and dont get disconnected.
The speed is reliable and decent for what I pay, 25 squid for 36Mb, good for downloading steam games etc. Overall no complaints.

I ordered my broadband end of June to have it ready for the 15th of July but they kept pushing back my installation date without any reason. So no internet for 2 weeks, I then had to switch to BT. Avoid them if you need your broadband quickly

Very disappointed, I was given activation date a week ago! I still haven't got Internet and NOW TV have taken the first payment. They booked an engineer, who never turned up. I called them on the day and apparently they couldn't contact the engineer but promised to get in touch the next day and to rebook am engineer, but I still haven't heard from them. I was meant to have recieved an email. Very disappointed. In this age of technology and working from home, a switchover should be seamless, should it not?

Terrible service, my activation date was 26th Feb and 9th March today, am still not connected. Now sent engineer to a wrong address. They connected me to a wrong address. They booked an engineer 3 times that didn't turn up because wrong address was given.

Never received hub, called 1 day before going live, was originally lied to by customer services claiming hub was delivered. Later told by another employee they were running behind on dispatch, could not give me any information about delivery date.
Was still charged bill on day internet was meant to start while still having no hub.

Only been with Now broadband for a few weeks. Engineer got it up and running but did say there was an issue outside and someone would come and take a look - nothing. Now my broadband has been completely down since Saturday and No definite answer for when they will rectify.

When it works it is fine but when it goes wrong their service is rubbish!
Tomorrow will be the third day without any wi-fi,
No home telephone, no doorbell, NO WI-Fi.
Unfortunately, I am stuck with them until June next year. Do not deal with this company.

Just left Now Broadband thankfully. Absolutely diabolical - don’t go anywhere near them. I’ve been with several providers, but I’ve never had broadband so slow which keeps disconnecting . Customer service absolutely terrible as well..

Always popping on and off
We get 11 Kbps when they say it’s suspose to be 76 mbps
Do not go with this awful broadband biggest mistake you will ever make if I could give it half a star I would

Wish we'd read these reviews first. I've never had such an awful experience with a utility company. Two months delay connecting our broadband - no explanation other than to blame Openreach. A problem that other utility companies apparently don't have. I think I've managed to deduce that it is a computer system issue at NTv end. Messed us around for 2 months, no info, didn't even reply to emails to the complaints department. How they are allowed to operate in this industry with this level of non-service, I'm mystified. Don't bother, we only chose them because of lack of fixed contract. We've given up and gone with BT.

Worst WiFi EVER! There is barely any customer support therefore any problems you have are basically impossible to fix. Don’t allow bank card changes! The sad excuse for the chat tool is ridiculous, they don’t help at all. Been charged random amounts constantly £1s and £4 coming out all the time. The broadband will just go down for a hours, which is an inconvenience!

Like others received an email to say am now out of contract and have choices.
One is to continue at current price plus other options that all were dearer.
To stay as is you need to do NOTHING.
Now find this is untrue as you have to call them.
Totally misleading email beware.
Customer service is offshore and poor English speaking.
Will be leaving after this year but will involve lots of work transferring everything over.
Have to say have not had problems with the broadband service reliability

Have been with them a while and I did speak to them about year ago but got sucked into carrying on with them as they could tweak things to improve quality but like many others I get a daily workout going to my tv and rebooting it or walking to my kitchen to reboot router. My contract is up and I am a bit ancient so really find it hard work sourcing new supplier and then following necessary protocols to get everything up and running. I agree with all the criticisms……it s not a supplier that I can recommend.

Absolutely hopeless service. Internet keeps dropping off. Customer support give advice and say they will ring back to monitor results - they never do. This has gone on for the whole of the contract period.
Help is on the horizon now, Fibre has just been installed to the house by a new provider. Hallelujah!
Can't wait to give notice to this rubbish company.

Only been live with them for 3 days, wifi router extremely weak, cannot reach (poor signal) the back of the house. router is installed in exactly the same position as the old EE one. Worst thing is there is nowhere to report this to, and no contact number, just irrelevant FAQs. There's even direct line of sight from the router to the back of the house! Really disappointed- beware unless you live in a bedsit!

The network has been really poor over the last one year. I called a month earlier to notify them of house move, they said it can't be activated until a certain day but no one activated it. Now I have to wait another 14days. Despite calling them, nothing can be done.

Would give a zero if i could, signed up once and booked an engineer but when I called up to check this, they said my account had not been created. The person on the phone set us up for an engineer to come out in 2 weeks time, only for our order to be cancelled without giving any explanation. When I called up they said we had no capacity for broadband with them, which they didn’t mention any of the other times they were taking my card details.
Absolute shambles. Had a member of the customer service team put the phone down on me mid call twice

Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars for a rating which is a shame as this company is the WORST company I've ever had to deal with, paying nearly £30 a month for WiFi which won't even work in the room next door to the modem! Rude and unorganized staff who have prematurely cut off what terrible WiFi we have left since we notified them that we would be swapping providers! I would warn anyone to stay well clear of NOW TV for any services, save your money time and frustration as I wish I had done when attempting to deal with these fumbling fools!

AVIOD - I called NOW on the 7th August 2023, to switch to their super fibre since I wanted our new contract to start on the 6th September, the same day that our current provider contract would expire. I didn't get any email updates, and on the 4th September, I called NOW for an update because our router hadn't arrived yet. I was informed that the person I spoke to on 7th had not actually processed our transaction!
NOW verified that the earliest day on which they could connect us was the 11th of September, which was not ideal, nevertheless we accepted and went over all the setup requirements once more.
I kept track of our installation update online and kept checking my emails for any updates, but I didn't get any. On the 11th of September our ‘Go Live Date’, I contacted NOW again and was told that our order had been rejected because there were no "ports" available from Openreach. I currently have no access to broadband, and other providers have given me a 2 week installation estimate.
I’ve had to pay for extra data because I work from home. For such a massive corporation, the lack of communication is inexcusable, and it is absurd that a broadband provider can't get ports to connect people.
