Abysmal from day 1. Just been rung back by a guy in customer services after I said I didn't want to continue the call because I found him rude and aggressive. He only phoned back to continue the slanging match! It's not what I thought I was signing up for and whenever I've tried it call, there's either no answer or I get disconnected. I never experienced anything like this with orange. We will end our mobile contracts as soon as we can too

OMG.. the worst broadband ever! Customer service non existent... well.. people answer the phones (overseas call centre) they are not only rude but know nothing about broadband! Speed slow.. router (brightbox) can't even do port forwarding with ranges!

I signed up to EE from Sky at the end of Feb & was told I would be connected by 20th March. This got deferred to the 27th and then the 13th April and finally the 29th April. By this point I had spent 4 hours being pushed from pillar to post trying to sort out what was going on with my connection so I cancelled the whole order. I am now without any broadband or phone line! Absolutely terrible ordeal, huge time wasters and I was never even told what the hold up was, I was only told there was a delay when I called EE.

DO NOT TOUCH. Supposed to connect with them on 4/3/14, phone connected but no Broadband. Every time I called customer service I was told lies and told to call back in 48 hours and we'll definitely have an answer for you. Eventually I was told I would be connected in less than the 13 days it normally takes because of the problems I've had then they sent me a text to say id be connected on the 1/4/14, this was in 18 days time, not less than the 13 they said. I cancelled and im now waiting on a new supplier. Thanks to EE I've had no broadband since the 4/3/14 and I now need to get a new home phone number too since they've messed that up too. Please don't go anywhere near them.

the broadband itself is good - but customer services are rubbish!!!i am waiting for a new router almost a YEAR called them 2 times to have a free one - and no result. thinking of leaving it

shocking worse call centre i have phoned 4 different operators and 4 different answers. been trying to write this for the last ten minutes and it keeps crashing stay away from these muppets just going to cancel my direct debit because am not paying for something that does not work

Great service with no issues, plus getting 10gb data booster for my phone since I'm already a t-mobile customer is ace. My fibre from ee has been running fine, most of the bad reviews on here are probably talk talk and sky employees running scared. I would recommend we broadband to anyone especially if they already have a mobile contract with them

i won't use ee broadband again. i was losing my broadband connection on a daily basis up to 3 to 5 times a day for nearly 2 months. i had to switch off the router to regain the connection every time the connection was dropped. i have called ee numerously and no one could solve the problem. some technicians said they managed to find the cause and promised that the problem was solved while others said they were unable to detect the cause of problem. some operators were impatience and were rude to me too when i spoke to them. last operator i spoke to promised me that he managed to solve the problem but the connection lost again while i was still having the conversation with him. i cancelled my contract with them on the same day as i have had enough with their service and product quality.
i also had to contact their billing department 3 times to give me back the £30 credit which was part of the promotional deal when i signed up to their service.
now i have switched to plusnet and i am happy with their service, no problem.
