    RUBBISH. Go live date 10sep is a lie,see all previous review from july to aug 21. All blamed on openreach.now told it will be extended from to 13sep because not working day,then further 3days. I urge ALL of you to file complaints,take to social media and to take legal action.

    I was trying to join Now Broadband but they could not get my address correct. It was shown in three different ways, two of which were incorrect so I tried to get it altered. It took 25 minutes to speak to someone. I then decided that this really was not for me and called the Cancellation line. After 53 minutes, yes 53 minutes I gave up. If this is for new customers I hate to think what it is like for current customers.

    Good speed but signal drops off rapidly compared to BT and Plusnet routers. Unreliable on large downloads.
    Only 2 ethernet ports - just too few.

    No contact phone numbers (that work)so no one to contact; so no customer services = they don't really want customers; as seemingly wrong information on their web pages there's no way of clarifying.

    Absolute rubbish company. Installed Wednesday and been off and on ever since. If you use their online form nothing happens, if you call them expect 30 plus minutes of muzak. My advice is don't ever consider this company for any kind of broadband supply.

    awful service, no broadband for 3 weeks, having to ring 5+ times for total non answers blaming openreach, was told every time someone would be in touch but nobody ever was, but hey, at least i was told i would be compensated right? wrong, when enquiring further about the compensation i was told i wouldnt be getting any and my account specifically was denied this, absolutely shockking especially with people working from home and having wifi is vital for this to work. and to top it all off theyve charged me 5.68 for calls i didnt make. do not go with this company, absolutel d***heads

    Transferred from Talk Talk everything ok speed 37 instead of 1.5 so good but when I looked at phone they had given me a new number?I ticked on online form that I wanted to keep my number that I have had for 35 years as at the moment my disabled in-laws have social care and if there is a problem we are first call so I will have to try and inform everybody my new number!!!! Now say I ticked box to say I did not want my number? Does anybody know how to get my number back as it is causing a lot of stress.

    I have used Now TV for broadband for just under a year now, they have been very consistent with the download speed and I have had no issues with the connection. Compared to Vodaphone who were worst than useless Now TV have been easy to deal with and reliable.

    I have just had to ditch this service after 2 months. The provider I had prior to this delivered as promised and when the wireless signal became an issue sent me a better router. Now broadband was no where near as reliable and despite numerous complaints and escalation to higher levels the only response was sorry there is nothing else we can do. Just speaking to customer service is a 15-20 minute wait. The attitude of now broadband and its staff is tough. If you are thinking of changing to this provider one word DON'T.

    Now TV Broadband Review. ADVOID unless you want added stress every single month just to simply pay your bill. Their website is diabolical to the point it takes a few hours study just to get a simple answer (mainly to get there CS Number which is hidden away). Their customer service is mediocre with each staff member seemingly giving different answers and different solutions. I've been in hospital recently and all I wanted to do was pay my bill, which for some reason there site didn't allow.
    I called them to which I was put through to someone lacking in any training as well as customer service skills. finally had the strength to try again this morning called them and they said "oh it did go through yesterday let me turn your services back on" this clearly shows lacking not only in your system but your payment system as well. All I can say is I've had enough and will leaving you guys by the end of the month. after this ordeal whether I'm still under contact or not I have no trust in your company anymore and I need a reliable service for work reasons.

    I guess cheap comes with stress, but no more we've had enough and can't wait to see the back of you guys to be honest.

    I became a member of NowTV in August and looked forward to having my internet done at my new place in September. I reserved an engineer with them to do the set-up on the 14th which is 2 weeks after I moved in, there has no other available slot earlier than that. and end up nobody showed up.

    I called NowTV to see if there has any problem, and turned out they said they got informed that Openreach has rejected the installation so they cannot proceed further. They have also mentioned that they will chase up Openreach and will give me a call back the next day, which never happened.

    It is very poor for a company to not let the customer know that the broadband request didn't go through. The reason for it is the staff have inputted the wrong details, instead of a new line activation, it should be a line takeover.

    So it turns out they have let the engineer on the day of the appointment know and they never turned up and failed to let the customer know about the situation.

    Very poor customer service raised the case to the complaints team, got a half-hearted apology, along with a one-month credit, which again, would need to wait for 2 weeks to see if the order will actually go live or if it even worked, asked for it to get speed up, as we are now a month in and still no broadband!

    We found a better deal using topcashback, but it is for new customers only, have asked if they could transfer the 1month credit....

    Been with them for over a year now. Purchased their WiFi as it was the cheapest on the market for where we were living and it was our first house. The connection was crummy but I put that down to us living in a very old house. Unfortunately when we moved to our new flat around 6 months later the connection was even worse. I had contacted them to arrange the move and they were fairly helpful (if you use the online chat) but withheld the fact they would be charging me for said move. Something I asked about multiple times and always received the answer no. After checking through my package a few weeks ago I noticed that 1 my broadband speeds were way below what I was guaranteed and also that they had raised my bill and neglected to tell me. Their broadband gets less than 1mbps upload speed and highest download I’ve ever had is just over 8mbps. Really not worth the money and hassle. You’ll use your mobile data more than their broadband.

    Can’t get signal in next room 3 metres away.
    Signal sometimes goes slow/ buffers, in same room as router. This is fibre broadband.
    Customer service keep repeating it must be the ‘environment’! won’t accept it is the type of router. Even though I have explained over and over again, I have NEVER had this problem with other broadband services.

    I have been waiting over two weeks since my broadband was supposed to go live, have been in touch 6 times, every time told I would hear back within 72h. Nobody ever gets back in touch and it is left to me to call again. Horrendous service.

    Router is absolutely not fir for purpose and broadband service is incredibly unreliable going down for seemingly no reason at least once a fortnight for hours at a time. Usually late at night when I'm trying to publish for my work. Customer service is non existent, incredibly hard to find any way to contact someone for support. Shockingly bad service through and through and yet as with most things were now stuck until our contract comes to an end. Cannot wait to go back to Vodafone...

    12 months after using NowTV broadband I will leave my honest review. After being with sky for 12 months I started looking at deals, cheaper the better. Its only 2 of us in a house so I'm not that bothered about speed. But after using it for a full year, how mistaken was I? The offer was brilliant, £18 a month, free land-line calls and 3 months of NOW TV for free. (used it to watch all GAME OF THRONES). It was a slow burn however as everything was sluggish, like a car losing power and needing a boost everytime to start. The speed is very very slow. Netflix, Internet browsing and general usage was terribly slow. Always freezing and could never get any help. I have now switched providers but I won't tell you who as I do not want to seem biased. Just saying they are fibre optic and it is really fast. Now the same deal is £33 a month!!!! LOL. Just to give you an idea of download speed, I tried downloading an update on PS4 which was 24gb,estimated time 24 hours. With my new fibre broadband, took 1 HR 20 mins.

    I was happy with now until they disconnected me by mistake...one week later after 4 calls to customer so called care no call back from manager to get it sorted, still no internet and no idea when it will be back..if u like after care don't use them!

    Premise: I like to be left alone. I hate getting promo emails and being bugged about what 'more' I could get from the service. NowTV leaves you alone - some love this, some hate this.
    The one downside is that sometimes they leave you alone a bit too much, like not warning you when the costs are going up because the 12 months of contract are over. But everything else that they could tell you about is just really easy to find on their website, so I actually prefer it.

    The offers are very good, especially for someone on a budget, like me.

    The broadband was just fine, speed was great, worked great even with several devices connected to the WiFi.
    It did occasionally give some problems when it would temporarily stop working (for 10 to 30 minutes) and all you could do was wait - but I'm pretty sure it has more to do with the location of my flat 'cause I had this same exact problem with the previous provider.

    Customer service is fine. Actually the best cancelling experience I've ever had. I've recently had to cancel after over a year with them because I'm moving country, and it was all done in 3 minutes. I've always been kept on the phone for half an hour trying to cancel services, instead the operator didn't insist, was very nice throughout, never pushed, and was super helpful in cancelling the plan just before the next payment. Awesome experience right there.

    Just the most terrible experience ever . I swapped from sky thinking that they are the same company what could possibly go wrong ? .. believe me I urge anybody to stay well clear . You cannot speak to anybody ... if by some miracle you do get through after hours and hours of being put on hold you speak to a northern Irish call centre who could not give two hoots if you have no phone or internet or both in my case . I cancelled . They still continued to debit my account . Believe me don’t sign up . You will regret it. Like I do ... big time

    I have never left a review but feel compelled to on this occassion. Terrible Fibre Broadband coupled with equally terrible, rude customer service staff who could not give a damn about any issue you have. I regret the day I ever switched to this company.

    I just read a previous review here after my own awful experience and it clearly is an issue with NOW broadband DO NOT USE THEM.

    I signed up for Now Broadband in November 2021 with a setup date at the start of December. A few days before setup I called because I hadn’t received a router but was told it would be there within days.

    A few further texts and calls and start of January I was again told setup would be within days and in any case I’ll receive automatic compensation of £5 a day for the delay (perfect as that would cover the premium I’ve been paying out of contract waiting for setup).

    Today I received a text saying my order had been cancelled so panicked and called Now. Now have informed me they incorrectly put through the request for broadband service to openreach. As a result firstly I am apparently not entitled to ANY compensation for a 6wk delay, secondly I have been asked to completely re-submit for Now Broadband. Unsurprisingly I’ve decided not to use them as my provider.

    6wks of wasted time, incorrect information, and horrible customer service who said unless I use their broadband I’m not entitled to any compensation for inconvenience and all the lies and additional costs I’ve faced.

    3.8mb down and 0.3 up.
    so called brilliant broadband.
    there speed checker says 13mb and 1.2mb.
    total crap. ive used several independent speed checkers and not one tested over 3.8mb. wifi signal drops of approx 8ft away from router with no walls or doors in way. customer services say . you bought cheap slow broadband so thats what you got, AVOID

    ***AVOID AVOID AVOID*** after waiting over a month with no updates, the company eventually told me that the order had been cancelled by mistake. They said I had to re-apply....(Not Likely). The staff are all on a work experience from a primary school. they are thick, rude, unprofessional, non empathetic, and totally useless. (They all seem to be based in Ireland! Make of that what you wish.) They quote data protection, and won't tell you who they are, they really don't understand life because they have no life experience. Pay peanuts, get monkeys!The negative feedback and comments on this site tell the truth. In fact they will not be around soon they are so bad, Virgin is much better, are they are also useless so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ***AVOID AVOID AVOID***

    I was worried about going with Now given all the people whinging on this site! Initially wanted to go with virgin but can't access them at the new flat, everywhere else was minimal 18 month contract. Bit the bullet and went with Now as could get a 12 month contract- have had no issues. Simple set up, fast broadband, arrived early and activated on the day it said it would. Would recommend.

    I wish I had read this before signing my mother up to Now Broadband - useless speed - dreadful customer service and no way to speak to a supervisor - BT is 5 star by comparison and they were pretty dreadful!

    Service is good. Customer service is non existent. Only tv customers can chat online. Broadband customers have to call but no number is listed on website or in member area. Online bot just sends you to member area.i changed payment details but they still trying to take from old details. Obviously they don't want my money lol

    After researching a number of broadband providers and reading various reviews I ended up going with Now and I couldn't be happier. Box arrived a week before live date. So easy to set up and it's never dropped out at all since we started it up (as some reviews suggest.) I work from home so rely on the internet being fast and reliable so I'm very pleased this has worked so well. Would highly recommend.

    Signed up gave my current provider 14 days notice.
    Plenty of e mails but no action router was charged for but not arrived, on day of change over b band disconnected, I contacted them and I had failed at the first hurdle but they did not know why. They really did not have a clue on what they were talking about . All I could do was reapply for an account and that would take 14 days
    Went back to my old supplier(plusnet) who were very helpful gave me a good deal and would rush everything through.
    Basically do not use Now is my opinion.

    Awful. Gave it a chance and got BB +The Tv package for 18.99 a month. Awful constant buffering. Losing connection. At one point nearly everyday. When I called they said I only have copper wire I really need to upgrade to fiber as the package I'm on is only really for reading the news online and surfing and I'm only getting 11mbps! I was laughing at this point, and pointed out that they had sold me it with NOWTV CHANNELS lol. I swear ridiculous. I think I was more annoyed that they treated me like I was stupid. Now I'm paying £24 a month and to be honest its not much better, they said id be getting 40mbps plus.I am doubtful. Thinking of cancelling as I'm tied in for another year now apparently!

    If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I have been waiting since November 20th to have the broadband installed at my property. It is now January the 3rd.

    I have had appointments booked and then pushed back 4 times

    Now TV will say they will call you, but will NOT
    Now TV will not compensate you for the negative experience
    Now TV never go the extra mile for a customer
    Now TV will provide a 3mbps service and charge you full price for it
    Now TV will bill you incorrectly so you have to ring & adjust it every month

    AVOID at all costs

    Absolutely useless without a doubt the worst option on the market I’ve cancelled after two weeks customer service is terrible internet connection is terrible WiFi Is simply unusable steer well clear of now broadband!!!

    Takes most of day to get through to customer service and just found out that caller withhold and call baring is extra , looks cheap on face of things but bits like this add's to the price. Broadband not the fastest either. Can't wait for contact to end and I'm gone.

    I can't fault NOW TV Broadband. After reading some of the other reviews and getting my date delayed by 1 week with an OpenReach issue, it turns out that it actually was an OpenReach issue. I spoe to NOW a couple of times, very quick to answer once you go through the Option 3, Option 1 answer message. Very polite staff, apologetic and contacted me to say they had heard from OpenReach and confirmed the switch on date. OpenReach arrived well in time, connected to the OpenReach socket and didn't have much of a signal, so the engineer put a new socket in within 2 minutes and I instantly got great coverage in all rooms with no lag whatsoever. My son started downloading his PlayStation 4 updates and games, we went out for an hour and came back and all was downloaded. Can't fault them to be honest, right from the start they've been consistently extremely polite and very helpful. I've got the 38Mb/s fibre broadband with landline and for £23 per month on a 12 month contract, they are cheaper by far than any other. 5 stars all round from me.

    Had this Broadband for a couple of months now.2 Openreach visits 2 routers and still constant dropouts.Please do yourself a favour and avoid.Fibre joking uploads faster than downloads.Router is the worst i have come across wifi impossible if more than 10 feet away

    OMG....Do not waste your time with these cowboys. Waited over 1 month for connection, then they cancelled order due to a technical error. More like a thick member of their team from Northern Ireland who refused to give their name or team due to data protection. This was not a data protection issue, just rudeness and thickness from the thick female. Believe me these cowboys won't be in the broadband business for much longer. They are rubbish, even Virgin are better, are they are really bad !. Eventually they terminated the call because they had no where else to go......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
