Worse company I have ever dealt with.
BELIEVE ME, DON’T EVER CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.
Finding the customer sevice number when needed is requires an assignment itself. And when you, you get some seriously bored staff that don’t give a toss about your problems with an atritude and rude. They have this sort of tone that gets you and develops into an arguement. That pissed me off and I regretted the moment I signed up. But when it comes down to payments, their systems never shuts down, and their is always people availble to make payments.
When the net is slow, they don’t let you know. When the net is out, they don’t let yoy know. You are just unvalued.
ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE, I WISH YOU SHUT DOWN AND NEVER EXIST.

First of all, I have read the reviews and without insulting anyone, some people are just never satisfied. I have been with Virgin for years, I mean, it used to be NTL when I first joined. But I got fed up with my bills increasing every year to a point where I was paying over £100 a month. So when I moved house from London to Ipswich I decided to write down all the pros and cons about my Virgin package. For me, it all came down to flexibility. So NowTV, obviously, started to become a contender. Done my research and, because I didn't have to commit myself, I thought I'd give it a go. This was a year ago. I love the fact that I can pick and chose on a monthly basis and that I can actually leave whenever I want to. In this year I have not encountered any problem whatsoever and the reason I am writing this review is this; I became aware today that there's a new hub on the market as I just upgraded my MacBook Pro. As my husband is moving in permanently in 5 weeks time, my main concern was the 2.4ghz band, a problem we never had (only fair to mention this as well) with Virgin. The new hub caters a dual band which would solve this. I called their Customer Service and (besides the fact that the agent I spoke to definitely was British and I didn't have to wait as I got through in seconds) asked about the new Hub. Without any hassle she told me the new Hub would be send out today, free of charge. What a breathe of fresh air as I always had to beg, steal and borrow with Virgin to get their latest Hub. And this all for a price that continues to amaze me. For me these guys deserve every 5 stars I have given them. Top notch.

Don't even think about NowTV Broadband! Placed an order then got a phone call saying it was cancelled and that I would have to phone up the next day and re-order! WHY? No answer. So, foolishly I did. 2 days later another phone call saying they couldn't do the switch over and that I would have to- unlike any other broadband provider I've had previously. Customer service is a thick Irish accent which I couldn't understand either. Whoever wrote the positive review I suggest is a NowTV employee, has to be. Utter rubbish. I cancelled immediately.

I saw the negative reviews on this site but decided to go ahead anyway!
So far, I'm glad I did. The Customer Service team in Belfast answers the phone quickly and is very helpful (a breath of fresh air compared with Virgin Media, my previous supplier).
Luke, the BT Openreach installer arrived 15 minutes early and got things going, despite it being a horrible cabling job in my building.
And so far, a week on, I'm getting the 37mb/sec broadband speed advertised, even at peak time, and with no outages. I couldn't be happier and even better, I'm on a 30 day contract so not locked in.
Of course, it's early days, but I've quite a bit of confidence in Now stepping up if things did go pear-shaped. I think any supplier will have horror stories where things sometimes go wrong, but again, they're so much better than the dreaded Virgin lot when it comes to quality service.

Overall NOW TVs approach to customer service is we have your money now suffer.
I should have known better as years ago I had used SKY and after 3 years left them when they displayed the same attitude. NOW TV seemed good idea for our holiday home.. result piss poor after sales service. Once they have you all they want is your money and more money.
My best advice AVOID

After being a Sky customer for 10 years I swapped to NowTV when I moved as they were unable to fit a Sky dish, it seemed sensible to switch BB at the same time... how wrong was I.
In 4 months I have made 10 calls to them all of which resulted in different responses and troubleshooting precedes (one involved me moving furniture and unscrewing sockets) I have had an engineer out twice and I STILL so not get sufficient speed to watch catch-up TV. They have admitted that there is an issue that they can't resolve but are refusing to allow me to terminate my contract early!
I will keep on trying but wouldn't want anyone to make the same mistake that I have!

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I have been waiting since November 20th to have the broadband installed at my property. It is now January the 3rd.
I have had appointments booked and then pushed back 4 times
Now TV will say they will call you, but will NOT
Now TV will not compensate you for the negative experience
Now TV never go the extra mile for a customer
Now TV will provide a 3mbps service and charge you full price for it
Now TV will bill you incorrectly so you have to ring & adjust it every month
AVOID at all costs

Just switched to NOW TV and switch over day came and went, after speaking to customer service they told me the phone had moved across and they were still working on the fiber. phoned again today and they now say there is a problem that they are not sure what it is and it is OpenReach that are causing it, and they will get back to me in 72 hours to give me an update. This si astounding that it takes 72 hours to get an update, with working from home i need internet to do my job and so far NOW TV has let me down, if they get nothing back to me in 72 hours (22 Dec) i expect i will be without internet for christmas holidays, if this is the case i will be cancelling and moving to someone else.

Had my broadband set up for a few days now and all seems brilliant. Plenty to watch with the extra passes (entertainment & sky cinema), easy to use interface on the tv box itself, and the fab fibre speed seems perfect for online gaming and general usage of phones/tablets etc. My only gripe in the process being that the engineer was due to come out between 1 & 6, come quarter to six there was still no sign of him, so i went on the live chat and their customer services department advised that an engineer wasn't needed as my phone line was still live and that i could set-up the router and tv box by myself, so i waited in all day quietly for nothing, a heads up via phone call/email would have been nice!! aside from that, i cant complain about the service so far!!

I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I switched to NOW TV from Sky due to them offering rolling contract while allowing me to upgrade my speed to 38Mbts. Initial set-up was easy and worked fine but I only got my old 10Mb speed. When the faster speed was switched on it complete cease to work. After 12 days and several OpenReach engineer visits I gave up and cancelled and set up with Relish.
NOW TV was never able to tell what the problem was or provide me with a plan for getting it to work. The only thing they would offer was to send another OpenReach engineer which would then take 3-5 days. Speaking to the OpenReach engineers, I am pretty certain that it is not technically possible for me to get the 38 Mbts...
Only positive thing is that their customer service has very short waiting times...so at least you will not have to wait long to speak to someone who cannot help you

The worst broadband I've ever known! Cuts out constantly, speed drops to almost nil and reaches a maximum of around 14mb when I'm paying for 38mb. WiFi is even worse. Can not stream a show on Netflix or catch-up without constant buffering, Now TV broadband is terrible! Fortunately I have been able to cancel after I complained numerous times. Wouldn't wish anyone to be stuck with this for a year contract.

I have never known anything as bad as NowTV fibre broadband. I have completed the troubleshooting with customer service and it didn't improve anything. The maximum speeds I am recieving are around 14mb but generally much much lower when I am paying for 38mb fibre and it seems to completely cut out constantly making streaming catch up TV or Netflix near impossible.

I was set an engineer visit 2 weeks from signup. The day before The visit, I called to find out where my kit was only to be told that the engineer will not show up, blamed on openreach like other posters have mentioned. They didn't have the decency to contact me. I was then told that the engineers will sort put the problem for a few days later. I called again to fimf out where the kit was and was told that am engineer had now been booked in another 2 and a half weeks. Once again I had to call to find out. Amonth is a ridiculous amount of time tp wait to get a phone and btoadbamd service. With their record, I will not be waitimg for it to be pushed to another two weeks so I will go somewhere else.

I am super happy with now tv. I was worried about performance when i picked broadband company, I picked now tv because they had a rolling contract for fiber.
- customer support is the best i ever experienced. Royal mail lost my router, they shipped me a new one the same day as I called. I called a second time and asked for about the router configurations and they deducted 5£ from my bill, I didn't even ask for it.
- speed is what they promised. I have the 38 mbps package and speeed test say 36.2 mbps.
I haven't even tried the channels yet. +I use my own router btw, they don't support it, but if you google around you'll find info of how to do it)
Best provider I ever had.

I had a really rocky start with NowTV with my start date being delayed by two weeks and BT Openreach being blamed.
As the customer service is good (calls are answered quickly by a human) when complaining about the signal from router, I accepted the advice that the signal will take 10 days to regularise to get to its proper speeds - 10 days have passed I still have problem on WiFi from router, now I do not have a connection upstairs as it is "out of range" before it just dropped out constantly!
Although the plugged in devices downstairs work well (reason I gave 3 stars) the WiFi signal is very poor in rooms away from the hub and out of range upstairs. I have tried all of the recommendations; hub is not by TV / metal however it cannot be put in the middle of the house as it needs to be plugged into the BT phone socket.
NowTV Fibre Combo is not a service I can keep - I do not want to buy router extenders just to see if I can get the service I had with previous provider.
I do regret joining NowTV for fibre combo, the entertainment pass is good but can be used with a better internet provider.
I will be changing providers, even if it means being without internet for a week or so AGAIN, as I need internet upstairs for streaming music and for my FireTV Stick.
If you are in a bedsit or only use Ethernet connection it would be good for you, otherwise avoid!

Received box early September, due to be live and working Mid September.
Now pushing mid December, was supposed to have 2 engineers visit the apartment on separate occasions (none of which showed up) and still have no internet.
Waste of time.
