The worst broadband I've ever known! Cuts out constantly, speed drops to almost nil and reaches a maximum of around 14mb when I'm paying for 38mb. WiFi is even worse. Can not stream a show on Netflix or catch-up without constant buffering, Now TV broadband is terrible! Fortunately I have been able to cancel after I complained numerous times. Wouldn't wish anyone to be stuck with this for a year contract.

Changed from BT to NOW tv for fibre broadband & phone only. Less than half the price I was paying to BT and that wasn't even fibre. I am getting faster broadband at a cheaper price and phone calls included. OK there has been the odd break in broadband but only for a few minutes hence 4 stars. I'm happy.

I've read the negative reviews here, maybe I've been lucky but to be honest I can't find that much wrong with it. Customer service is a bit slow and the wifi signal is a bit weak but it's only gone off once briefly in the 6 months I've been with them and the 67mps is a constant so for £22 plus unlimited phone it's a bloody good deal

Literally can not play a single online game without disconnecting. Can not believe they charge people for this service. Asked for help to improve the WiFi got no help whatsoever and now I am say here having scrape pennies together to pay the contract off. Would rather **** in my own hands and clap before giving this company a second chance.

after a bereavement I changed to your broadband. Your people were so caring & helpful. After a glitch installing it by only a couple of days all done really well. Just heard I will receive £75. for the delay. Such a surprise .how can anyone complain about your service. Not me so far.

Presumably as NOW Broadband is actually SKY in disguise - trying to solve any problems or cancel the service is utterly impossible.
Like Sky I have wasted hours on chat and telephone only to be frustrated by robots - these being actual living customer service agents who repeatedly ask you questions they know you cannot answer before telling you that they cannot help you.
The only reason I found out just how bad their customer service is - is by daring to ask how much I was actually paying for the service out of contract. They refused to even tell me where or how to find this out.
When I eventually found out by other means and told them to cancel, they refused to accept that instruction by phone or e-mail.
When I cancelled the recurring payment from my Debit Card - they actually managed to reinstate it; effectively stealing money from me.
Incredible - I'm astounded beyond words.

Moved to Now Broadband a few weeks ago after having terrible service for 18 months from a different provider.
The transfer was faultless. Router is lovely and quiet (unlike the one from previous provider). More importantly, our broadband connection never drops out, the speeds are good and it copes with our multiple devices. We are loving this service and it has made us realise how poor it was from our previous (big name) provider.

Only works in the room the router is in. I need to tether from my phone when I'm in a different room. We don't do any big downloads, just normal stuff. Now we're at the end of our contract we're moving to a different supplier. Do your homework on their broadband speed before signing up. We had virgin before which was expensive but worked, this is cheaper but only works in one room. So, you get what you pay for a guess, it's just that most people need their broadband to work through their property...

I typically have one major issue with internet a week. I have trouble teaching online, subtitled movies display no words because of speeds. It doesn't matter what time of day it is or the amount of people using the service at any given time. It is 4:30 AM, and I am having issues connecting to the server. Also, I pay for the higher speed service.

4 weeks after I purchased the broadband package it has still not been installed. 4 phonecalls to NOW Broadband - the rudest customer service agents you will ever have the pleasure of speaking to. If they promise you a call back from a manager, they are lying. Complaints are not recorded correctly, if at all. The call will never come. Cancel your service if you haven't done so already, request your compensation and get out quick! What a shambles!

I had standard broadband and ordered an upgrade to fibre. The transfer date was postponed at least twice over a week or so, then on the final date I was told I would be transferred to Broadband, Now cut off my existing Broadband and didn't set up my fibre. I called to query and was told there was a fault on my line. However, they weren't sure why they cut off my broadband. Having googled this, it's sharp practice which they use to avoid paying Openreach for 2 open lines -even if they can't fulfil their contract. I've since made numerous calls and have been told the Openreach were instructed on Saturday..it's now Wednesday. Apparently, they may contact me today or tomorrow to tell me that it might take a further 2 or 3 days to get an engineer out. My wife and I work at home and rely on the internet. Nobody at Now will chase Openreach or have any idea what is happening. It's a complete joke and I think fraudulent behaviour.

Appalling customer service. We've had several issues with NowBroadband over the past year. The reach of the signal is absolutely terrible, we've had to rearrange the entire living room to allow the Wi-fi signal to reach the consoles despite only being four meters away originally. The box continuously turned off and required a reboot. The company has no telephone number stated anywhere on their page. We spent several hours searching up ways to contact them, every number stated on Google was a blank or warned of a £6 charge. Eventually we found a customer only number, concealed at the bottom of the broadband terms and conditions page. However, this number took several attempts to connect to, as the first few tries we were only connected to an echo of ourselves. The live chat is also absolutely useless. A small quantity of their staff are illiterate and impossible to communicate with. Others are entirely incompetent and no help whatsoever. On several occasions I encountered a chat which provided me with no response other than the chat starter of "Hello I'm... to start with can I please take your full name and email address please." followed by no further replies for over ten minutes. Not to mention the account login itself was down for over three days at one point in September, preventing me from accessing my payment details to check the end date of my 12month contract (since they don't contact you to inform you of this). Furthermore, if you try to change your email through your account (which the website states is what you should do), even if you are with nowBroadband only (no connection to nowTV) your email is in fact only changed for nowTV rather than the broadband services. Only reason I am not leaving a 1 star review is because every so often I happened to stumble upon a member of staff who was not only extremely helpful but also went out of their way to help sort out issues which were not caused by themselves but rather by other members of their team.

Awful service. Promised callbacks after two cancelations (due to their incorrect filling in of address) never followed through. I was left waiting, paid for delivery twice only to be cancelled, and told the following day that the broadband speed offer was never even available for my area. Ridiculous!

More like next year TV, my partner and I decided to move over from sky back in late July. We were supposed to go live on 21st august. Was then changed to the 27th fair enough. It's now 11th November NOVEMBER and we are still waiting to go live!! My partner has phoned up several times and been on live chat even more. atleast once a day (sometimes 3-4 times a day on the phone because they hang up half way through most of the time. Have been being told for ages that we will have an update soon or its with open reach blah blah. Was told yesterday that we will be live on the 21st November!! 3 months is absolutely shocking and that's if it even does go live... What an absolute joke my partners been friendly and patient on the phone/live chat all the way through but to me it's unacceptable!

My wifi didn't go on fir the first day when it was supposed to go on so i called the customer service and they quickly pass me on to relevant team and send an engineer in a day. The engineer work very hard for hours to fix the problem and in the end he manages to produce a very satisfying result.

After being with Now TV for 12 months. I had to re apply for broadband as I needed to change the name the account was in which was fair enough. Was told this will take 2 weeks, after 2 weeks and hearing nothing I called up to ask why my broadband hadn't been activated. They told me my application to open reach had been rejected and there was no way of knowing why that was. They didn't contact me at all to let me know and if i hadn't of called they probably never would have. Told me I have to re-apply which takes another 2 weeks.
Customer service was awful, no-one knew anything, constantly being moved to different departments. Even though I was speaking to people they might as well have been AI because they were basically robots. One of the worst companies I've dealt with, there's hundreds of other broadband providers out there so I suggest you use someone else.

Highly unreliable broadband with poor service. Worst customer service ever received. Today I called up about a broadband issue. Turns out my hub isn't working, and they aren't going to do anything about it for 5 days. They said my broadband is 'not their problem' and I'm set to lose a week's wages as I can't work from home now. This last happened 3 months ago when I couldn't work for a week. They offered me a tenner as compensation....

I had Now fibre broadband installed around 4 weeks ago and have been entirely happy with the service. After initially signing up I received regular email updates, my modem arrived as stated. I was also eligible for a free 6 month Now TV entertainment pass. As I had no existing phone line, a BT Outreach engineer was required to call to install a complete new one, and to set up my modem. This service was provided completely FREE of charge. Other companies charge around £70. I was able to select my own appointment date and all went smoothly. Speeds are great (around 37 Mbps) and so far, connection hasn’t dropped at all. The cost is £25 a month. Would recommend.

Absolutely shocking. Do not purchase broadband from this provider, I am paying £28.99 a month for fibre broadband and I am getting a download speed of 5mbs. It is supposed to be guaranteed 55mbs.
No one is interested in my concern, I am waiting for a phone call back from a manager. I was told A new router was on the way out to me only to find the customer service team did not order it. Stay away from NOWBROADBAND. They are a scam

Why did I not find this site before? Changed to Now received the hub and was told services would start on 15/11. No joy so called them on 16/11 and they arranged Openreach for 17/11. OR guy came parked outside nextdoor No 11, ours is No 9. Called him and he said the order was for No 11 but had our name on the order. He came in checked it all then back to van and called his office, back again and said he would change plate then go to green box to do connections. Got it all working then guy from No 11 came round and said to OR guy that his line had been dead since Sunday the same as ours. Guy called his office checked line the days there was nothing he could do at that time. BT said No 11 would have to sign for another 24 mth contact? On 20/11 I got an email from Now saying I had asked for the contract to be cancelled as we were moving out, three days after the set up? Told them no I did not want to cancel they said they would sort it. I called Now on 02/12 about the crackling on the phone to be told I read being cut off as another provider wanted the line, obviously BT for No 11. NOW have stated it is their fault as they sent the OR guy to the wrong house which then must mean that OR connected two lines on the 14/11. Chasing round since 02/12 and totally useless. NOW and BT have said that our number of 40 years has gone, rubbish but too long a story, and idiot at NOW said that our number has always been registered at No 11?? So we have been paying their bills for 40 years, don't think so. I blame NOW for getting the house number wrong and Openreach for disconnecting two lines instead of one. Nobody is accepting blame except for NOW in a fashion as they have stated no compensation and will only charge me for the 14 days I was live!! Well aren't they stars looks like small claims court. Any advice gratefully welcomed.

Truly poor service as I ordered the broadband only package. The router drops aout and reboots numerous times a day and I have yet to watch anything where it does not buffer. Bought a wifi booster to cover the 6 paces from the router to my laptop and yes you guessed it same problem. Spoke for two hours yesterday to customer service who had me dismantling the sockets on the wall and of course it dropped out again and spoke to 3 different polite people but ended up back where I started. I tether this laptop to my phone so I can write this review as I know the router will drop out before I have finished. I guess you should not get your expectations too high when you buy a package from nowtv and I truly wish I was one of the customers who everything works for...but I see they are few. Pay the extra and go to another company as this is the bottom end of the market for a product. Shame

I'm getting good speeds when it works but it keeps dropping around 7 - 8 times a day. Engineers have been out at least 6 times and I've phoned at least 20 but everything is a temporary fix. Sky use the same router and people have the same problems. I know it's the router but they don't want to accept it not to mention the signal only reaches one room. Definitely avoid now broadband, get BT who can offer the same speed but they have the best routers, that's who I'll go with once my contract is up

Probably the worst experience I've had with an internet provider. I normally avoid cheap deals with bad reviews but took a gamble this time, I wish I hadnt. We have had poor service since the start of contract and when contacting customer service, they tell us that they are providing the minimum contract speeds so nothng they can do, even if we are not receiving those speeds. My partner and I both need internet for home working currently, but we cannot both access at the same time. This has caused all sorts of problems for viedo conferencing, but NowTV are not inerested and when contacted, they again said its not their problem. Avoid at all costs!!!

I am not even connected to now Broadband yet and they can't explain why the order is not being completed,I ordered on the 8th of july 2021 and they took over my line on the 26th but i still have no hub or start date, when i tried to cancel the order they said they need 72 hours and have to pass it over to a manager to confirm the cancellation??? This is a worse company than Italk avoid at all cost.

Been trying to switch from BT Hyperoptic Broadband to Now.
Firstly entering my postcode does work for Now despite being here almost 2 years.
Then tried to call the number to switch that way but first 2 attempts gave a we are currently very busy and a disconnect.
Just tried for the third time and after waiting for an agent for 15 mins I hung up and looked at this website, they really dont appear to be a good supplier. Just told me to go to the website and use help/live chat.
if that is how they treat new business it doesnt look good for existing customer.
You would think they would ring back when they have some customer service reps after asking for my mobile number.
I suppose you get what you pay for with a cheap Broadband supplier.

The worst internet I’ve used. I REPEAT the worst… Can’t even do anything for 5 minutes and it starts crashing upon me, would definitely not recommend. I’ve been with these for 2 month and I’ve had to reboot internet over well 20 times , this should run at 70mbps apparently but it’s been on 8mbps for me ever since it got set up.

Overall i'm very very happy with NOWTV Broadband, not a single issue as far as speed is concerned. Great customer service, although I had to knock them down one star as their technical knowledge is lacking and it took two tries for them to understand my enquiry. (explained below)
The second issue is the Router for WIFI range is not strong. I have most of my house CAT 5 cabled up, however mobile phones cannot be cabled and as such I was receiving only between 1/4 to 1/2 signal quality on wifi when upstairs-with it actually dropping out on occasion.
