Pretty terrible once there is an issue. non existent customer service. good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. wish i never went with them.

Was recommending NOW to friends but they said lots of bad reviews here, so here I am, writing a positive one. Had FAB (VDSL) for 18 months, at 12th month cost jumped, called them up and they renewed at a more reasonable price + a voucher. Always good bandwidth, has been reliable for my work VPN and NOW TV & PRIME don't lag or jitters. Not the cheapest VDSL price plan but I've had cheaper ones before (beginning with an "O"), happy to pay a tiny bit more for reliable service. My area is in IG6 and I have been a happy customer.

The only time NOW said they would call me?? When my new supplier told them I'm switching. 3 weeks trying to speak to a HUMAN to find out why my bill had been increased by £16 a month.

Literally awful.
My order was cancelled twice and I was simply sent texts on both occasions that I had to ring customer service. Expect to wait nearly an hour to speak to someone. Once you do they push back the date for another two weeks and can't even give you a reason as to why. Honestly the worst company let alone internet provider I have had the experience of dealing with.
Perhaps the silver lining is that they showed how terrible they were before I was locked in for twelve months, but I would do everything to avoid this company.

I always go for the best package available in my area and unfortunatley, my outdated street only had now as the best option. I was mis-sold their broadband package and when the engineer turns up to install my broadband he says it cannot be activated until another openreach engineer comes to service my street cabinet. No date given, complete ambiguity, I decided to cancel a few days later and go with someone else as I knew that this issue could go on indefinitely. Skip the hassle and just pay extra for a smaller, independent firm (if you can afford it). It saves you so much time and hassle in the long run.
Ultimately I've had to wait anorhy two weeks until the new company could install my broadband and I've been without internet for a month in total because of Now's incredibly poor service

Had a good start with fast delivery and fast set up. Then it all went down. Very slow internet to a point I couldn't get to the website for help. On the phone, they tell you everything is fine and they lie on the delivery speed. After many complain, they came up with the excuse that they deliver broadband to the socket, the rest is not their business .... yes it is as it is their box ! Don't bother!

4 weeks after I purchased the broadband package it has still not been installed. 4 phonecalls to NOW Broadband - the rudest customer service agents you will ever have the pleasure of speaking to. If they promise you a call back from a manager, they are lying. Complaints are not recorded correctly, if at all. The call will never come. Cancel your service if you haven't done so already, request your compensation and get out quick! What a shambles!

WiFi is absolutely terrible, service even worse, keeps dropping out every few mins , really useless at trying to get it fixed, don’t go with this service it’s just not worth the hassle
