Had a router problem after one or two issues finding the correct department.
Eventually I spoke to SHABANA at the technical office who was so very patient and efficient even phoned back when the line went dead, very impressed.

So trash always disconnecting causing me to lose matches in games because I always disconnect the WiFi doesn't even reach the damn kitchen which is like 5m away from the router I hate sky will tell my dad to switch to vigin

Don’t waste your money! Worst broadband I’ve ever had. No better than dial up! Costs £42 a month for sheer frustration in trying to watch anything online and only one device can be used or it can’t cope! Worst 18 months of my life! Totally useless! Not fit for purpose!

Absolutely appalling. Terrible customer service. Shockingly bad. Wanted to upgrade my broadband to faster speed. So far it’s taken 10 phone calls (and each time I’m given a different story) and 2 months and it’s STILL not been sorted out. And all the time I’m paying for broadband I’m not receiving and my mobile bills are Sky high as I’ve no wi fi. Please please please don’t get broadband with these clowns because if you do, you will be sorry. Time for me to contact Trading Standards I think....

The worst broadband I’ve had. Cannot watch TV for more than 5 mins without it pausing, often for a few minutes. Unable to efficiently work from home due to the broadband intermittently and repeatedly dropping off. Tied into a contract for 18 months but seriously thinking of ditching Sky and going with another.

Constantly says that the access point is temporarily full despite it being used by only a few devices;there have also been other reports of this from over a year ago yet sky haven't bothered fixing the issue. Even when it does work the loading speeds are incredibly slow.

Sky has so far been the best internet provider I’ve had in london. The setup was incredibly easy, we had no issues getting connected, and the internet connection is much faster and more reliable than Plusnet, which we most recently used. (I won’t even mention the horrendous experience we had with TalkTalk.)
I appreciate broadband quality can be very location-dependent, but in this part of north London I can honestly say Sky is fantastic.

The worst Internet provider in the UK. Inconsistent, slowest speed, worst service. This deserves no stars. The UK is a 1st world country whereas this provider is a 4th world country provider. I'd rather kill myself than use this WiFi ever again.
