    Paying £30 for 150 lucky to get 30.was 0.07 download yesterday. Un reliable. Tell someone will ring you.never happen. Should be called Notalk as completely useless

    Do not touch this company with a 10 foot pole. They will promise you fixed prices and rise the prices then tell you it was never fixed. They would breach the contract and you’d still have to keep paying to protect your credit rating. Go BT OR SKY, worst decision you’d make is choosing talktalk as your provider

    Go live yesterday not even live yet today rang said can’t do anything sending someone out to look at the pole. Asked about contract and ending and they said can’t end it until somebody been to look at pole. Asked how long she said all in same sentence 24 hours then 48 then 72. Haven’t got a clue she said she couldn’t help she doesn’t know what to say yet she has a job there. First time customer. Very unhappy with the service.

    They robbed me!!!! They charged me for hole month £39 when they disconnected me after 3 days after call I been told that differents will be refunded and after a month nothing happening when you contacting them they saying that they don’t own me anything. Stay people away from them as far you can they treat people as rubbish. Never again with them I prefer to stay without broadband then to use them.

    Shambless of a company avoid at all costs from top to bottom absaloutely useless made a massive error in my service line admitted fault on live recorded call now which has costs me financially and are now trying to worm they’re way out it can never get through to a uk call centre and are just hopeless to deal with save the stress and keep away !!!!!!!

    Avoid there an absolut joke i lasted a whole 2 days with them i had one customer service adviser tell me complete nonsense and the other was just rude they had the cheek to say they are waving there early leaving fee talk talk your a joke you cant charge a leaving fee within the first 20 days and i had enough in just 2 days

    I believe TalkTalk is the worst company to ever be formed a total disgrace !! Be warned they have the worst customer service you will ever encounter!! and they won’t be slow at helping themselves to hefty sums from your bank account without contacting you.
    Join this lot and at some point you will just want to die.

    I've tried to close my account on numerous times with Talktalk as I had moved home and was not able to get fibre in my new address. Despite cancelling and having verbal confirmation from talk talk I was still getting bills. to the point where talktalk threatened me with debt collectors. I complained to the ombudsmen and talktalk dealt with my complaint, even paying me compensation. Yet today I am still receiving bills from them. How is this level of incompetence possible? If anyone is able to answer I would appreciate it.

    Appallingly bad. Waited 3 weeks for installation after having to register twice and nobody arrived. Passed around between different departments, 3 different numbers and a chatbot. Shouldn't be allowed to sell Broadband. Cost me a fortune in data and wasted my time.

    Paying for Fibre and are download speeds are 4mbs? No solution to the problem from the provider.
