    So disappointed and frustrated with the appalling level of service, poor communication, and slow broadband speeds. I have wasted so much time and money trying to get things resolved without success. Please don't choose Talktalk, choose better!

    If I could give it no stars I would. Horrific company I have had so many faults and still have some. No one cares. I put a complaint in weeks ago and every time I ask what is happening I get an email saying someone will ring you in 72 hours which is a lie as I am still waiting over 2 weeks. Never been offered my money back as work from home but the internet isn’t working. They literally do not care, I have even rung up myself to find out what is happening about my complaint and they hang up on you.

    The absolutely worst ISP out there. They will try every which way to manipulate you without providing any level of customer service or even internet service. We used them until the internet was dropping out every few hours. Tried the awful customer service centre based in God knows which country. They run off poorly constructed scripts to keep you on the phone for hours without offering a logical solution. All geared towards you getting frustrated and hanging up. Informed them that the old router needed to be replaced and basically they avoided any hardware change opting to change the configuration. Which didn't work nor was it any better. It takes at least 40/60 mins to get to a person and then they are devoid of any customer service training. Leaving them is much worse as they try every trick to either get you to stay or get you to hang up. Totally useless on every level. I've heard this from many people who have left them. Avoid like the plague. They are expensive and untrustworthy.

    Really terrible, didnt cancel old provider so i was charged for both, wouldnt accept any fault or reimburse the money lost, customer services just pass you around and waste your time, cancelled within 14 days.

    Absolutely appalling. Broadband speed slow and sporadic. Most of the time not there at all. We ended up using up all our mobile phone data to undertake the tasks we would have have done using our home internet. No resolution to problems following complaint then to add insult to injury bombarded us with phone calls and emails when we decided to go elsewhere. Final straw they’ve sent a bill with a credit on and you have to claim this yourself rather than them crediting to your account.
    Avoid this company like the plague.

    I became a customer in may 2021 and was instantly unhappy with the poor broadband quality especially as I was going courses and work online at the time. At the time a paid for a good wireless 4G and would hotspot that as I didn't want to pay the 200+ pound severance fee and my complaints were falling on deaf ear.

    Something which I can't do anymore
    As now a year later due to a current unplanned poor financial situation I can't pay my bills. WiFi is the least important so it's the one I keep deferring on so I keep having to pay late payment fees as I can't pay this on time as my rent, electric and gas take precedence. Yet if I want to cancel it will cost me 70 pounds! A sum I can't afford! Not only is the quality of my WiFi absolutely abhorrent not worth 5 quad a month let alone 24! But I can't even cancel it because I can't afford to but because I can't afford to do so it will end up costing me even more in monthly payments and late payment fees! Truly feel like talktalk is talking advantage of their poorer customers. I want to maintain my credit score and want to not have to defer on my payment by cancelling yet I can't afford to so I will anyway and their is nothing I can do about it!

    I have rung them multiple times to explain my situation but they very much don't care if they understand what I'm saying at all from their call centre god knows where and they just want their money.

    I am moving in October so I was going to have to cancel then anyway so I decided to terminate now and pay the termination fee in installments.

    This whole experience has taught me a lesson however check reviews before starting a contract somewhere and be wary of long-term contracts as one doesn't know what the future holds. I didn't know I was going to be in this situation last year. I wasn't rich by any means but a year ago I could pay all my bills and food with minimal budgeting which is no longer the case.

    I implore anyone that makes enough to live but not to save as I was a year ago to not get comfortable and to plan for the worst. It is something I regret now and I will definitely plan for for the rest of my life!

    I contacted you as my signal is poor. The WiFi is great but the connection is rubbish. It does not extend to the second floor of my property and even when I put my phone next to the router I only have 2 out of 3 bars of WiFi. The only way you can resolve this is by CHARGING me £85 for your booster! Ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to pay for something to improve the signal that should already be good! I’m on your best package too! Outraged and currently looking at a new provider!

    Been with talk talk 6 months. Worst company ever. Broadband speed terrible that's when it actually works. If you have signed up on the hope you get your gift card it won't arrive. I can't wait for my contract to end.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with & the worst provider I, or any of my family have ever used. The signal and reliability is terrible, they have never sent me a bill, contract pack, or even notified me of an increase. The customer service team, having spoken to several people, do NOT know what they are doing. They are an absolute shambles. Even asking me for the wrong details on my bank card and telling me I’m wrong when In fact I was correct. Multiple calls arranged with managers who NEVER call. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
